Believable to me. It's the Bengals.

Ouch. On the same day that Cedric Benson was suspended for 3 games, no less.

It still amazes me that C****r B****n and Mike Wright are both criminal justice majors from the University of Cincinnati. . . .

Damn....... Caulk this up to "gotta feed the family"...... Rookie contract's just don't cut muster anymore.

Their courses had plenty of available case studies nearby ... :D

Has anyone looked at the Bengals' schedule? They could conceivably go into their bye week 5-1, though I'm sure that they will find a way to make that not happen.

at Cleveland (won)
at Denver (lost)
San Francisco
Buffalo
at Jacksonville
Indy

And then after the bye it's two more winnable games, at Seattle and at Tennessee.

Looking at the schedule a little closer I'm thinking both Baltimore and Pittsburgh have an excellent chance at a bye if not top seed in the AFC; the AFC North plays the worst division in the NFL (the NFC West), and they get the AFC South in a down year (Houston the only team in division without a QB problem or not in rebuilding mode).

They actually lost the Denver game, but I see what you are saying. They definitely could be in excellent shape going forward if the wheels do not fall off.

They lost to Denver but I could see them going 3-3, which is about as many wins as I expected them to have this season. 3-3 would not not a bad start for them.

You mean Mike Brown?

if not, Benson went to U of Texas.

8lbs...damn ..that's a crap load of weed to smoke.
Such a moron. You know, as a 2nd rounder (37th overall i think), you make a crap load of money...I wonder why this idiot thought buying and selling weed was a sound financial investment.

That's exactly what I thought when I read the article - makes no sense whatsoever. I'll never understand it

Jerome Simpson looks just like Beavis.

Hmm...

In addition to the package of 2.5 pounds of California marijuana, airport police also found six more pounds of pot and paraphernalia inside the home.

OK, so the 6 lbs. already in the house weren't enough. And the guy makes a ton of money and is presumably recognizable about town, so's hard to picture that he'd risk running a street dealing operation. Plus a teammate was at his house...

Anybody think the police just confiscated the official Bengals team stash?

What a sad fate for that weed... You know that police force is gonna be stoned senseless for the next couple months.

Did the Bengals sign Ricky Williams? If not, he will be demanding a trade.
