Even though we won the game,I think kudos goes out to Vincent Jackson and even though it was a loss you have to have been in awe of his performance which is as good as I have seen in a long time.

The last WR to demolish the Pats D like Jackson did would have to go way back to Jerry Rice type performances

I can't remember a receiver demolishing a Belichick defense as bad as Jackson did today.

I think Jackson was more of greatness today than our secondary being bad....Games like Jackson had will make any defense look bad but he was already good before this game so we all knew ANY defense will have their hands full with this guy.

Wait until Revis goes up against Jackson on October 23rd and we will see if MCCourty deserves the insults he received in here today.

Brady Hernandez and V-Jax are on my Fantasy Team

Bling Bling Bling

V. Jax gave me like 30 points lol

Agree with my fellow Patriots fan in Pa. I can't recall a game where a wr was better against us. We didn't play Rice that much. He's got my vote for the Pro Bowl.

Let's not forget Marshall last week. Seven catches and averaging 20 yards per grab.

Kudos. I thought the guy was a one dimensional straight line runner. His routes are excellent. I'd love to have this guys skill on the Patriots.

he's an unrestricted FA but people will contend that he's too much of a risk because of the off the field things.

Revis is allowed to hold so the comparison is not fair.

I was at the game today... he was a beast on the field....:)

Yeah, his performance was just a bit better than Marshall's last week.

Yes, i agree. He's almost as big as a TE, but has the speed of a very fast WR.

I think we'll have to invent a new position for Vincent Jackson to reflect that fact. He'll be the first TR = Tight Receiver, a hybrid of Tight End and Wide Receiver. A.J. Smith better lock him down to a long term contract before the season ends or else every other team will enter a bidding war for him.

Hernandez has the potential to be our cloned version of V Jax....he just has to stay healthy

I dont care who you are, hes hard to cover, he's 6'5" and fast and Rivers was putting the ball where only he could catch it, that one handed grab was Mossesque.
Of course Revis will hold him and get away with it so that might slow him down a bit.
