From Rotoworld:

Free agent OLB/DE Tully Banta-Cain is scheduled to visit the Jets Tuesday, a source tells Scout.com.

The Raiders put Banta-Cain through a physical last week and his surgically repaired abdomen muscle passed. Once up to game speed, the ex-Patriot could give the Jets' pass rush a boost off the edge -- he has 14.5 sacks over his last 31 games. They wouldn't have to guarantee Banta-Cain's contract for the season if he's signed this week.

LOL! After trashing him all last year,it will be fun listening to Jets fans talk about how he had double digit sacks in 2009 and will be a monster in Ryan's defense.

Not to mention all the info Rex can suck out of his toes about our 3-4 2 gap base defense...

I'd like to see him unleashing his patented uber spin move against Solder.

That spin move is so pathetic. Watching him use it on almost every play was the only thing more pathetic. I bet offensive linemen laugh in the meeting rooms before playing against him. There is no need for a scouting report because they already knew what was coming. My washing machine is more unpredictable than that guy.

Dwight Freeney pulls the spin move off effectively. TBC, not so much.

I'm not so convinced TBC doesn't have something left in his tank.

Even if he does he's in catchup mode now.

Do not expect him to be a contributor for many many weeks IF he has something in the tank.

TBC is the only guy I hated more than guyton. Our pass rush improved tenfold once he was released. I can only hope the jets sign him.

Me I don't hate Pats or ex-Pats players

I hope TBC gets a football job, preferably NOT with the Jests

I was hoping he would retire and just walk the Earth. You know go place to place, meet people, get in adventures until God puts him in the place he want him to be.

As a pure pass rusher, TBC was still better than Cunningham last season. I doubt the Jets will sign him but he's really not the worst 3-4 OLB out there.
