The Patriots will start out 0-1 and win ugly to get to 1-1. Then they will get Moss back at a one year deal. They will go on to a 14-2 record and beat the Packers in the Super Bowl

Really? Is this seriously a thread worthy post?

I'd be fine with that but it's not going to happen. Can't see Moss having any role here right now barring injuries, and I can't see a slow start with this team. Might not be an explosion like 2007 but I expect this team to come out putting the hurt on opponents.

OK, now that 10 seconds I'm never getting back in my life :ugh:

When is the last day a player can come out of retirement and play?

Moss is going to come back that day and be fresh for the playoffs.

Boom superbowl

This is only half of the story though. After BJGE gets injured and the rookies fade, in week 7 we will bring Maroney back. In 9 games he'll get 1000 yards and no dances. In the SB he will score the winning TD by catching a deflected pass almost intercepted by Samuel who Green Bay traded for just before the season started.

NONE OF THIS WILL HAPPEN

OK, maybe they will win the opener.

If the Pats can go 14-2 with Moss, they can be undefeated without him. have you forgotten last year already? That the Pats played better AFTER he left?

No...they can go 13-1 with Moss. Pay attention!

I can't believe this is an actual thread. I've seen some silly predictions before, but this one is just ridiculous.

Moss is gone and not coming back. GET OVER MOSS!

I have only two words for all the doubters out there:

Space Aliens.

How much are they paying you?

I hit the drinks a little bit early today...it's been a bad week. ROFLMFAO

Are you on crack? Last year with Moss the Pats started 1-1. Would have been 2-0 if they had just sat Moss down week 2. And Brady would have had 2 INTS on the year, not 4.

The Pats went on to 14-2 WITHOUT Moss. It's history. Proven.

You may think that his stints with the Vikings and Titans show that he is better than he was when he left the Pats, but to me: he went downhill rapidly this last games here, and fell off a cliff since then.

This year he could not get a vet minimum contract because even the WR-starved teams saw how he played last year.

At this point, Terry Glenn would be preferable to Randy Moss.

Yep. Great points. Moss is the only reason they lost to the Jets. It wasn't because the Jets were a good team or played better on that day. Do you want to blame Moss for the playoff loss as well? I am sure you would if you could. What about the Browns game? Maybe that was also his fault.
