Bledsoe would only lose face coming back here. In fact, he's better off not even returning to the AFC. The only way Bledsoe would ever return here is if he decided to be a QB coach or an OC someday....a long way off right now.

Bledsoe can always hold a press conference and say the he taught Brady everything he knows
Interesting story last week in the Forth Worth Star-Telegram, which reported that the Cowboys brought in veteran quarterback Tommy Maddox for a workout because coach Bill Parcells is “concerned†about Drew Bledsoe and his preparation since being demoted in favor of Tony Romo two months ago.
In other words, the Cowboys fear Bledsoe has checked out since losing his job.
“I would hope that (Bledsoe) is diligent in his preparation because you’re probably going to need him to do something,†Parcells said. “I would hope he would be ready to do that if we needed him.â€
