I saw the thread title and thought it was Myron and then I saw in the third and thought he must mean for a third and I was like OMG they fleeced Al again and then quickly I realized I had the wrong Pryor.

Al Davis would just waste the pick anyway. Might as well throw it away for a QB who might do something than a guy who ran really well in the combines, but sucks on the field.

wonder why caleb king wasn't drafted...would've been worth a gamble with a 6th or 7th (not for the Pats obviously but some other needy team).

3rd round pick for a guy who will be suspended for more than 1/3 of the season, meaning that he can only practice with the team for two weeks before he must leave for the next five weeks..............No way he could play QB for them (at least this year) maybe they can give him the WR playbook to study on his five week vacation.

Maybe BB can trade them their second and New England's for their first next year.

They have no 2nd, 3rd or 4th round pick in next year's draft but will expect to get some compensatory picks with Robert Gallery, Nnamdi Asomougha and Zach Miller leaving (only Kevin Boss incoming).

They won't be able to get a 2nd rounder so that is the pick to target for a future first (preferably with the Patriots own pick).
