During the half time show on NBC (SD vs DAL) he was asked

1)SB picks
his answer: Steelers and GB (with GB repeating), because this was a short off-season and teams did not have time to catch up with GB

2)Do you remember the last team which repeated as SB champs
his answer: i don't remember any team repeating as SB champs

to which he was reminded by the host that the Pats were the last team to repeat

i am ok with him picking the SB finalists-people are entitled to their opinion, but to say that he does not remember the last team which repeated? lol why is he even in the half time show

Of course he doesn't remember any team repeating because it was the Patriots and he hates the Patriots. I'd block it out too if my team was constantly the one losing in the playoffs to the only team to repeat as Champions in recent years.

He's a clown who will never openly admit his true feelings about the Patriots.

Dude, he honestly couldn't remember any team repeating as Superbowl champs? Patriots, Cowboys and Denver pop up just off the top of my head.

Surprised he didn't pick his homeboy...
Mikey Vick.

1) selective memory
2) nice change of pace to hear somebody in the media not hug our nuts. Part of me was glad the Eagles mad all that noise because it allowed us to stay out of the spotlight even if it was only for a few weeks.

Wasn't it Rodney who asked and answered that question?

That actually sounds like it could be painful and really can't be looked at as a good thing :p

I saw that and nearly bruised my chin as my jaw hit the floor.

Rodney was just sitting there staring at Dungy as he said these comments.

The Booth crew of Al and Chris did have some nice things to say about Myra Kraft and also about Robert Kraft and the NFL negotiations.

great tribute, but i have to wonder what collinsthworth meeting with kraft was about .. parcells or spy gate, he was very critical back in the day when parcells left the pats against kraft, my guess it was spygate since he blasted that the nfl did not do enought to punish the pats

I would say spygate too, although that may just have been the last straw for Kraft after a long history of hearing him make comments about New England.

Dungy had plenty to say about BB during the "gate" days. I find myself repelled by anybody that claims a religious mantle that is also so obviously judgmental and full of hate. Isn't judgement reserved for someone else?

It makes me wonder how large a role his sanctimonious blindness played in the tragic death of his son.

He's garbage.

Does anyone have links (even to this site) about Cris Collingsworth and 'spygate'?
thanks

Some members of the sports media, including Sunday Night Football broadcaster Chris Collinsworth, argued that Goodell made a mistake in not suspending Belichick.
Analysts like Collinsworth made the claim that he’s giving preferential treatment to the New England head coach over players like sidelined Tennessee Titans conerback Adam “Pacman” Jones and former Chicago Bears defensive end Tank Johnson.

...........

...........

I sort of understand his point, but on the other hand when was the last time a coach, specifically a HEAD coach, was suspended for anything that didn't involve a physical altercation?

He is senile! Last year he said the best team in the NFC was the Seattle Seahawks!! The Seahawks!! He isn't the sharpest tool in the shed that is forsure!

Maybe he's in denial.
