Just said during half time of Jest game.

To be expected as soon as Sharper talked about his flight being delayed.

Lol yeah, I kinda chuckled when he said it too. :p

I wasn't exactly worried or even thinking about it Adam ... in other news Belichick just picked up his cell phone.

Reports from sources close to the Patriots indicate that Belichick is going to sign all 3 so he can cut them all before the season begins to send a message to the older guys.

I'm with Darren on this one. I'm trying to get into Boston. My red eye is bumped 2 hours back.

I'm sorry. But I think Sharper would be a huge addition to this team.

I would like Sharper, I don't think he'd be a starter but he'd be great depth. Very smart player, good with the ball, even better at getting it. Aside from his age, I don't think there are many negatives about him from a football perspective. He'd probably sign for the vet min too.

I still wouldn't mind bringing in another safety for depth purposes. Not sure how much Sharper would have had left in the tank anyway.

IMO this whole thing is to keep our current safeties looking over their shoulders, Meriweather is more than adequate.. but keeping focused seems to be an issue.

What BB is doing here, is the same modus operandi that has taken place here for a while, filling the rolodex of players that you like and know in the event of a significant injury.
