You heard it first! The Colts are depleted at reciever and Gabriel would be a great #3 with Harrison and Wayne. Any reciever with some talent will look like a pro-bowler in the Colts offense and Peyton Manning at QB. It makes sense. Look for Gabriel to flourish in their offense and we will be writing on this forum how the Pats blew it. And if I'm wrong, I will man up and say that I'm a moron for this prediction.

he got signed off waivers by oakland ....via reiss

Well I guess we will be hearing you admit that you are a moron sometime soon. :D

This thread was so unfortunate for the OP.

Anyway, its unlikely the Colts would have signed him after he (appearently) flunked out with us, as the Colts system also uses a bunch of at-the-line reads and checks between Peyton and his wide receivers.

Pete Sheppard reports the Raiders just re-signed him.

Good call, Tightness. :D

It only seems that way because you don't know him as well as the rest of us. :p
Naughty! You do know, just as soon as he can find a tight compass that points both at him and North he's coming to unravel your flies?

Out of the mouth of babes. Well since he is back with Oakland per Reiss, do you want to be known as Larry, Moe, or Curly? NYUK-YUK-YUK.:singing: :singing: :singing:

Oakland certainly won with this one, huh?

Where's the post admiting to being a moron?

The silence from The Archives is truly deafening....

They did although when a low #5 is the prize, it's not exactly a BIG win :D

I don't know if I would use the word "big" either, but to get a 5th for a half year rental of a player that wouldn't have made mich difference anyway is a real coup. I wouldn't doubt it if they got Gabriel back at a mildly reduced cost either.

I would be really proud if NE did that to someone else.

Dust is a sound absorber. So are flushed cheeks.

So it would seem. As much as I hate the Colts, I couldn't ever make a case for one of our cast-off WRs making it on to their team. Do these people actually watch games?

I understand some do so with their mouth open the entire game, this reportedly throws up clouds of noxious vapors and poisoned water droplets. It may be similar to trying to peer through the spindrift created by 100 mph winds.

Now, I assume that we will all be lwatching the Raider stats for the next three games, right?

What if he catches 20 , or so, passes and has , 3-5 TD's inthat period. What will be said, then?
That you remain a moron, shut up and go away swine.
