Obviously information is not well-known on the specifics of these guys, and it likely won't be, at least for awhile.

However, I was hoping that someone out there had some clue as to the extent, any rumors of severity, and any possible info whatsoever. Were there surgeries in the off-season? (I believe I am aware of one) As many of our fellow posters are now attending TC practices/workouts, did anyone see anything going on they may be able to share??

I know it's entirely too early to worry, but the fact that all 3 are D-Lineman is not exactly settling news. I am also interested in the roster 'bubble' implications as well...pretty much all 3, depending on the specific situation, as it could be argued that any of the 3 are threatened by a possible cut if they won't be healthy--and quickly.

----

Ron Brace

Myron Pryor

Brandon Deaderick

Obviously I don't know either but the thing that concerns me the most is that a guy like Ron Brace is on it again. Is it just bad luck that this guy is hurt in TC two years in a row? Or is it that he's out of shape and doesn't want to put in the time?

Brace (#97) doesnt look that good here, WAY too many carbs and WAY to little time in the gym. It's disappointing to think that relatively highly drafted guys like him, Tate, and Butler, don't seem to be doing that well.

You can tell all that from a still photo?

I really can't believe the pats would be investing time and effort into this guy. He may be shaped like Wilfork but that's where the comparison ends.

Yeah, I have eyes and they work.

Brace looks downright tubby, I would hope a guy like him, who could potentially be on the bubble, would work his butt off to get leaner, more muscular, and more athletic.

Brace was supposedly working with a personal trainer this offseason....what was the guy's name Mr Twinkie ? ;)

I think most of us were still holding out hopes for Brace, based on his better effort at times last yr. I would agree that he does not look to be in the best shape from that pic, but his play and effort will be decided on the field--if he can ever get on it.

I'm actually more (or just as) concerned with Myron Pryor being on there. Was he the one who had off-season surgery? Maybe on his back? If so, then that may be a more positive sign that he can still make the squad, and is still recovering. If not, and it's a new injury, then that's a terrible sign.

No way Brace is 6ft 4--

Brace & Deaderick = 2 fat, unmotivated blobs;

Pryor = a Tampa-2 DT (i.e.: 6'0/300) with a bad back he damaged, unfortunately,
on his best play of the year (breaking Lord Farvequad's jaw).

It's time that Bill give a better combination of height/athleticism a chance.
Hell, compared to Busto Brace, Haynesworth looks like a younger Ty Warren.

Will be interesting to see how this turns out, as many of us had these 3 as our last 3 to make it on the D-line already.

I am somewhat surprised that so many see Deaderick as such a lock to make the team. I lean more towards the 'that was the 2010 option at the time' myself.

I'm starting to think that 2 out of these 3 end up being cut.
