Wow anyone watching this clown? He brought the race card into the Randy Moss retirement. According to him, "white people" use the, "but" word when it comes to Randy Moss and, "black people" do not. White people judge Randy Moss too much and expected too much from him and black people did not. White people kept Mickey Mantle's drinking problem quite and killed Randy Moss.

Good job Skip and he went after Parker.

I think I speak for most people on this board and know that we LOVE FOOTBALL, and we could careless if the players were green, red, yellow, white, or black. Sad to see that someone still has this type of mindset.

What the hell does race have anything to do with this?

He brings the race card into every topic if a black athlete is getting hated on, he's a joke.

He also hates Boston with a passion, still says the Red Sox wont make the playoffs.

I was dumbfounded by him bringing the race card into the discussion.

One of everyone's favorite topics has been TO versus Moss and many have said they'd rather have TO (I don't agree because of TO's hands), but the point is that people don't like guys who aren't trying all the time. Mickey Mantle may have drinking (which was how long ago??), but no one impugned his effort on the field. And the other future hall of famer, Brett Favre, has been trashed plenty and has become a pinatta of sorts.

His comment isn't worthy of a mention on this board. I thought this was going to be about Moss' investment into racing.

Parker and Jemelle Hill are infatuated with race. Every discussion for them turns around to the race issue. The ironic thing is that they feel every else is motivated by race, and yet its truly them! Trash like this is why I never watch ESPN anymore.

Psychologists refer to this as "projection".

I can't stand either one of them for this very reason. Its almost as if this is their "go to" move to stir the pot and gain recognition in the media.

Do "white people" hate on Jerry Rice for attitude and lack of effort? How 'bout Andre Reed? Are we hard on him? Cris Carter? Tim Brown? Torry Holt? Marvin Harrison? Well, bad example. ;) Bottom line, its got nothing to do with race. The examples I listed demonstrates that pretty clearly. Rand Moss dogged it. ALOT. Rob Parker sounded foolish making that case. Very, very short sighted.

As Morgan Freeman once stated with regard to race, in the most sarcastic tone possible;

"It's always there when we need it."

Parker and Jamal Mashburn (whatever her name is) are infatuated with playing the race card whenever possible. The race allegation itself has now become watered down like a two-for-one happy hour ****tail.

I really don't think this thread is worthy of a spot on the main forum. It gives Mr. Parker added exposure to his insane writing.
