Per Reiss. Thats All He Has

This has been one of the most bizarre years.

Yowzer. WTF was going on there ?

That is just crazy. Really interested in knowing the real reason behind this.

My brother's wife once ran over the President of his company's dog. Maybe Gabe did the same.

Cool, another draft pick in the garbage. :rocker:

I expect the secrets of quantum theory to become public knowlege first.

Wow, maybe that explains why we got him for a fifth........

There was obviously a lot more going on behind the scenes than we know. No way was he benched just for fumbling once. I have a feeling he had an attitude or an effort problem.

We got the wrong Raider....perhaps Porter would of been a better choice :)

seriously..wow....

um a fifth is pretty good for a #3 WR on their team.and dont say u didnt see his talent..just something off the game field i guess :(

Ok there is a poster on the Planet who knew this was going to happen today and I thought he was just blowing smoke, wow this is stunning. Sorry NEM it HAS to be more than a personal thing with BB, he wants to win more than all of us put together, if this kid could have been any kind of help he would still be on this team.
Just, wow.

Dumbass ******* move! Next they should release Maroney and Chad Jackson. There needs to be some explaining because if I can recall the Pats didn't have much depth at WR to begin with. This means one thing, the Pats are probably going to sign a DT. Wilfork may be missing some time. I'm sure Gaberiel was unhappy with his role. Guarentee he goes to a team and contributes. Look for the Colts to sign him. You heard it first. This organization is becoming a joke.

Great...What a starting WR group we have for the Playoff run......Caldwell, Brown, and Gaffney! Sweet.I can see the 10 players on the line versus us by every team in the playoffs

Wait....I'm sorry, but I forgot about our TE's that were going to create serious match up issues, and revolutionize theway offense is played!!

i DONT KNOW WHY, BUT IF ITS CAUSE HE WAS IN bb'S DOGHOUSE, THIS IS ANOTHER mistake, IMO, by BB...he holds grudges too many times

I dont know why, and none of us really do, but I just hope its not because of a grudge, or because JM told him to do it. I dont have a clue.

We have no idea how he was in practice or in the locker room. My guess is he had an attitude problem whether it was just a bad attitude, lacked toughness, or just didn't put forth any effort. Sometimes when a player plays on a bad, undisciplined team especially when he was younger; he develops bad habits. Looking at the troubles that Porter and Moss have had with attitude this year in Oakland, maybe Gabriel had the same problem.

I don't think Belichick takes emotions into personnel decisions.

you know what BB's comments will be?

"It is what it is."

I think that is probably the most likely scenario, that and height is overrated.

Hope this is a sign that Chad Jackson is getting healthy. I suspect Jabar Gaffney picked up the offense faster, and has been more dependable, than Gabriel. One thing I really don't understand is why we would release him now - why not wait til the off-season and deal him for...even a 7th. Oh well.
