Bengals receiver Chad Ochocinco is dropping hints that he’ll be a Patriot. And he’s dropping the hints in a most unusual way.

James Shively (@JC_Shively) of Cincinnati has a Twitter page. Earlier today, he complained about persistent rumors and reports that Ochocinco will be cut.

Wrote Shively: “So much 4 @ochocinco getting cut by the #Bengals… Media dont know squat. Always tryin 2 stir drama up.”

Shively received a “direct message” from Ochocinco. Said Ochocinco: “Media knows nothing but I’m going to enjoy clam chowder.” (We’ve seen the screen shot of the message.)...

Having sunday ticket if there is not AFC east or pats game going on I watch Cin games just for Ocho. he is a really REALLY good player, and thats with Crap Palmer as his qb. He may not get 23 TD in a season here but he will become the 2nd best WR on the team behind welker. It would be a great move for the pats

oh, and for people who say he would cause problems. Sure, he has his twitter and all that media crap he does but no one has ever questioned the work he puts into his game. Bring him in.

CO is not a prima donna.......he's outspoken and entertaining, but he's apretty tough player and is a team guy on the field. he's never been in trouble

Reiss stated 20 minutes ago he's looking into it. And it all started with Ochocinco tweeting about planning to enjoy some clam chowder soon or something like that. Followed by reports of him boarding a plane to boston, and someone on a plane to boston tweeting she saw ochocinco on it.

Nobody knows if any of this stuff is true yet or all just inspired by Ocho's tweet about clam chowder, but it is causing quite a buzz.

I'd like to see him land here personally. He's a fun guy to watch and gives his everything, I think he likes BB quite a bit more than Marvin too.
