DID I MISS ANYTHING...:bricks:

They've been on a nice little run of late that has almost pulled them out of the cellar; but yeah, I predict this will be the saddest of the new forums here, for some time to come.

The Bruins are really getting it together...I like what I have been seeing. Is Thomas a legitimate late bloomer goalie??? Would be great if he is and big problems if he is not. There aren't any young tradable players on this team I would part with right now. Not because they all are going to be great players...mostly because they are all just coming together and I feel success right now is more important than a draft pick.

It's nice to look back on the loss of Thornton and say so what...now with the salary cap it's hard to have 2 $7 mil players and I'd take Chara over Thornton all day long. Not just because of his play...but his work ethic...like Brady...he is a true champion.

More from me later...loving the Celtics and Bruins showing up in the forum...I asked Ian several times like 3 years ago and every year after that...I have to make good on posting in it now.

Thanks Ian

They've been fun to watch of late. I was waiting for "something" to go wrong and now Kessel is out. Anyone know what his problem is?

testicular cancer they say ... already removed... hopefully for him it was just 1 or they saved his sperm. I wish he would paly more...without a doubt the best offensive player on the team for scoring. Could he end up the best player from the draft ... it's real possible as of now.

Dave Lewis runs a tight system ... complicated ... so I can see why he needs some time. I like Lewis, he's a good coach and has the respect of his players...without Sinden looking over his shoulder he'll do well here.

Growing up a kid I played with had this. One had to be removed (ouch). He was advised not to play any contact sports anymore, especially hockey. It will be interesting to see if Kessel even tries to come back.

I guarantee he will.
