I find it so much more interesting to watch a game in which I have a rooting interest.

And thanks to the trade we now have a rooting interest for the Thursday Night season opener. Saints @ Packers.

Go Cheese Heads!

^^^ Looking at the rest of the full schedule looks like the only week to root for the Saints will be week 7 (Colts).

What's up with the Colts ?
Seems every year we have to cheer against a team to get better draft position, they play the Colts.

I can't cheer for the Colts.

FortressX - that is basically what I said. The only week not root against the Saints will be the week they play the Colts.

Honestly, I could care less about the Saints until it is playoff time. I caught myself rooting against the Raiders ALOT last year and of course they have one of their best years since 2003. Then they end up firing the guy that helped them do that. If a team that has not won over 5 games in over 6 years suddenly got a mid-round pick, what does that say about a team who is two years removed from the super bowl and made the playoffs last year.
I have no interest in worrying about the Saints come playoff time.

I would rather lose a place or two in the draft, than cheer for the Colts!

Sorry Pherin (sp?) Hope the Falcons take the division and the Bucs at least split.

**** the 1st round pick next year...who would you rather face? Saints or Packers? I hope the Packers have a terrible season. They got their title.

If the Raiders had sucked to their normal amount last year, we would have been picking in the 5-10 range.

Then I bet we would have been the team to trade with Atlanta as they moved up for a WR, and we would have gotten the haul of picks that Cleveland did.
