Please post your comments regarding the NFL Draft 1st round here on this thread.

For the draftniks the Draft Forum is still open for business and you can post your specific threads on the draft on that forum.:rocker:

For those who are not draft dorks, like myself, here is some information to use.

The draft order until the trades screw it up:
2011NFLMOCKDRAFT.COM

Picks by team until they are altered by trades
2011NFLMOCKDRAFT.COM

A trade value chart so you can see what picks are worth in trades

The Huddle Report - NFL Draft Research and Analysis

And here are a few player rankings sites going into the draft
NFL Draft - 2011 Draft Prospects - CBSSports.com - NFLDraftScout.com

ProFootballWeekly.com - Draft Rankings

National Football Post Scouting Department | National Football Post

Enjoy the draft, if you are like me you'll be watching every pick for the next 3 days.

Actually it starts at 8PM Eastern. So it's going to be a couple of long evenings.:(

As a total college player ******, I appreciate the links.

I guess at some point I'm going to have to tell my wife that the draft isn't just one night. She knows I've been anticipating tonight and keeps saying "tonight's your big night!" Oh well; maybe she'll be too tired from getting up to watch the royal wedding for it to matter. :D

Well, looks like I'm going to be a zombie at work tomorrow.

Lots of fun on Twitter with #draftdaycliches

According to Mort, the Panthers will pull the trigger on Cam Newton.

So fast forward to a year from now when you hear, "with the first pick in the 2012 draft, the Carolina Panthers select- Andrew Luck QB, Stanford".

bump to the top......nice work,appreciated:rocker:

Great chant at the Draft, "We want Football". Couldn't agree more!

Okey dokey, the Carolina Panthers are on the clock (and Cam Newton is on his phone...).

This whole event is going to be a drunken boo fest.

The crowd booed Goodell and he said "ok gotcha".....I found that hilarious for some reason.

Please Michael Irvin, don't make me switch to ESPN. Please.

Wow. I'm really happy for Von Miller. Seems like a bright, hardworking, quality human being. I bet his parents are elated.

Watching Dareus makes me wonder:How the heck did Big Vince fall into our laps at #22?
