Playoffs: Bruins vs Canadians

I'm not sure what to think so far after period 1. Lots of individual play ... some amount of teamwork but not enough. period 2 beginning and i see signs of life. We are playing the Canadians finesse style of game which is not how we will win - we need some blood - that will do it.

I'm no longer quite as confident in my prediction that the Bruins would win in 5 as I was four hours ago. I'll now say Bruins in seven, and leave it at that. Still baffled by those pre-game remarks.

good to see my habs embarrass the bruins in the playoffs yet again, for what seems like the millionth time

the bruins are like my chargers lol, surprised you guys aren't as hard on them as you are on the chargers hmmmm.....

anyway...it was nice to see good conquer evil (chara) again

hopefully the bruins are not long for this world

I am not worried about the bruins coming back....I think that game 2 the habs will get their ***E$ kicked literally....Their whole team is a bunch of ****ies and the bruins should be destroying them physically especially the biggest ***** in the NHL in PK Subban....I can't stand him and I hope he gets the **** beat out of him.....But seriously the bruins dominated parts of this game with 3-5 shots on goal before montreal could get the puck out of their own zone and price got lucky on a couple of saves....He even turned around after a couple of them thinking they went in....The bruins will come out in game 2 and destroy these ***s from montreal.....

Not denying ancient history, but it's not as if Boston was the only place with issues back then. All that crap probably happened before you were born, so why would you even bring that up - especially when we're talking sports, not politics? If you want to play the incorrect stereotype game, how would you react if I made a similar generalization about the actions of people from the San Diego area based on skin color and heritage?

I was only a couple years old when this happened so I have never really had an opinion of this....I have watched it and part of this I blame on the Qb for laying stingley out like he did.....The only thing I would say is that the Safety that hit stingley was a dirty player and was known for this.....

I can admit defeat if we just get outplayed.....I don't like it when officials change the way they are calling a game halfway through the game like they did in game 7 of the Nba Finals last year......Players have to adjust to the officials so as a whole I don't blame the officials...
