Are you not missing a certain number one LT prospect in there? One missed player can change quite a bit.

3 #1's for 2012 I guess anything is possible.....

I think we have a chance at a 2nd not a 1st in 2012 for the #33 to only move 5 spots to #38. Thats even with 2012 being significantly discounted. Not saying I wouldn't like it.

Also not a big Bruce Carter fan at #60. He doesn't fit the system. Also 2nd round is a lot of risk for someone not healthy from a knee injury.

I want a pass rush OLB, but not him. Acho is a better bet, and I don't really like him either.

Good job on a lot of teams picks. I like the trade scenarios. I definitely foresee BB trading into the spot where you landed. I hate the Martez Wilson pick and I'm sold on Bruce Carter.

I don't see it. Im all for watching Belichick abuse inept GM into rediculous trades, which he does so often, but I cant see any way Cincy and 'Zona do those trades. The Cincy one isnt to bad, but I still see them as a top 10 pick next year. Even with some improvement, the may be in the 10-15 range. So they trade a 2011 high 3rd and 4th and a 2012 probably no worse then 15th overall for the Pats first rounder in 2011, 28th overall. Seems a bit much.

And the 'Zona trade makes no sense. 'Zona will give up a probable top 10 pick in 2012 to move up 5 spots in the second round? The rest of the NFL would call for an investigation and the Cardinals GM would be canned immediatly.

maybe its just me, but I would use #60 on muhammed wilkerson before bruce carter

Sorry, man: much love to anyone who invests time and toil into this, but I'm with Steve and THEN some:

Those trades are RIDICULOUS.

Honestly, they're insulting to the intelligence of everyone who reads them.

1 ~ The Bengals finished with pick #4, for God's sake. That's 1800 Points, this year, making the Book Value ~ meaning: approximate value ~ of their 2012 1st Rounder 900 Points. Toss in #66 + #99 @ 260 and 104 Points, and that means we'd be getting a total of 1264 Points for #28, which is 660 Points. Step away from the Crack Pipe.

2 ~ The Cardinal trade is even worse, if that's possible: #33 @ 580 Points for #38 @ 520 Points...and their 2012 1st Rounder??? The 2011 #5 is 1700 Points, so the 2012 Cardinal 1st Rounder gets Discounted to about 850 Points...Which means you think that the Cardinals are going to swap us 850 Points + 520 Points ~ 1370 Points ~ for 580 Points???

Most Ridiculously Unrealistic Trades EVER!!

Good work....but wow it would not be wise of Cincy to trade it's 2012 1st rounder.

I do have a problem with some of the picks, but also some of the reactionary math is wrong too.

BB has said he always assumes future picks will be in the middle of the round.
Also, Basing that on the general rule that you degrade a future pick by a round per year.

A first round pick in the next draft has a trade value of somewhere around 500 points, which is the middle of the second round value.

So the first trade is not very unfair. similar values.

The second one is a huge overpay.
