I just wanted to ask. As we have two first round picks is there a player you would go out and get with two first round picks? A front three of Ngata, Wilfork and Warren obviously is something to drool over. So I was wondering who out there would have a look at that scenario as a positive one for this team? There are people on this board who are saying use our two firsts to trade up and get "insert name here" well Ngata is a proven beast in the NFL so in my opinion that would be the safer move.
Second part of the question is: if like some people have suggested may happen, FA comes after the draft ... hypothetically could BB trade down from 17 and 28 respectively (while accumulating later picks like we normally do) to get picks 31 and 32 (this is obviously just hypothetical example) and then trade them to Baltimore for Ngata as they are in fact two first round picks.
I don't know if I am personally for or against it and I know it wont happen, but to me trading the two firsts for Ngata and paying him is a safer move than trading them for a top 5 pick then paying that person.
