I know we turned over the ball but a nice win
Can you image IF we ever get this offense running on all cyclinders. Nobody would beat us.
I thought the defense played good.
Big drive by Brady right after the Bears tied it!

It shouldn't have been as close as it was. The refs had a couple of BAD Pass Interference calls. No?

I agree, but found this game as good a game as I have ever seen, I am freaking exhausted, my nails are bitten and I'm worn out. I should not have been as close, but our overall game plan served us well. So many players on both sides of the ball stepped up.

Wow is all I can really process right now, I dont think I have been as nervous a wreck ever watching a pats game before. so I will leave it at wow until I can collect my thoughts and calm down just a bit.... what a game by asante!

Asante's in a contract year. He'll be gone next year...unless he's a true Patriot (a la Bruschi). He's got the rings. Now he'll want the bucks. :(

Who else have they got at CB besides Asante? Hobbs was letting the receiver get behind him, running into the receiver and not challenging the receiver on high catches. The Pat's are not going to win very many games with Hobbs playing like that, although admittedly he should have had help from the deep Safety - who seemed to be mostly making himself invisible.

That leaves for starting CB next season Asante and most likely a top draft pick - hopely a #1 pick.

As of today our signed CBs for next year are Chad Scott and Ellis Hobbs. Gay is a RFA and as fragile as fine china...

The turf may hurt Brady's back but his was very accurate, Jackson stopped running or that was a sure 6 points. Great win for the Pats, proves they can compete with the top teams.
