Very classy Mr. Buehrle

Karma is a b****, be careful this season ;)

Buehrle is identified as an animal rights activist. I am sure his views are right in step with the views of PETA, which would likely celebrate if a defensive lineman tore Vick's head from his neck. I suspect many rabid animal enthusiasts would love to see Vick suffer more and do not accept that he will ever do enough to atone for his crimes. Not exactly a news flash once you see "animal rights activist" in the article.

I wasn't displeased to see him in pain at the redskins game

I don't know what's more surprising. 50% in the ESPN poll saying their view of Buehrle is unchanged or 50% saying it's improved.

Well on the topic of Vick you may not want to ever go to Dallas,Texas after this one....

Keys To The City and Mayor is calling him a Hero

Doesn't get any lower life of a city or its low moral than that

What's next in Dallas?..... A holiday in honor of Charlie Sheen?

I appears that a councilman over steped his bounds and made the presentation with out the mayor being involved. This has infuriated the mayor and he has come out to the press stateing that the award is invalid.

Mexico did the crime and did the time. He's entitled to a fresh start. This guy's a scumbag.

Yes, that was a definite, "look at me" I'm giving an award to someone photo op. Let's be real, a true Dallas Cowboy fan dislikes any Philly player regardless of what they have done or who they are.

I have no desire to see Vick injured or in pain, but what he did was truly barbaric.

He should never be made out to be some type of hero who overcame an diffucult situation.

Twitter wins again!!!!!!!

Mike Vick's crime entailed premeditated crulty, and violence, with absolutely no sence of remorse. Thus he demonstraites a sociopathic mentality that can only be treated with intensive psychotheropy if at all. Though they say he has remorse, it appears that remorse is only for getting caught. As with sociopathic sexual and child molesters, criminals who have demonstrated the ability to premeditate crulty and violence should be monitered for the rest of there lives and there location be available to the public. I do not wish injury on him but, I also do not wish to put any one at risk of injury from him. I also do not want him or any one like him liveing near me. There has been a link where sociopaths start practiceing their crulty on animals before upgradeing to humans. Just my oppinion.

What vick did was horrible, there's no denying that, but wishing injury on someone is just plain wrong IMO. Karma, ladies and gentlemen, karma is real.

I have a big problem with this "karma" argument because people just try to fit results into it, just like every other explanation of the world.

The 2007 Patriots are viewed as the team that was punished by the football gods for Spygate and running up the score. Had they won the game, the rest of the NFL would have been karmically punished for wrongly accusing them and making excuses.

This year's Steelers were the same deal. Big Ben was about to redeem himself in a huge, warm hot tub of bubbling karma, as he's paid his debt to society. The Steelers lost, so he is suddenly evil, along with the rest of the team.

Not to mention, look at people who claim "karma" was the reason for Tom Brady's injury (idiotic fans.) Wouldn't it follow that they would receive back karma for falsely attributing karma as the cause, and then we would receive bad karma, since we then want them to be punished by the laws of karma?

Karma, ladies and gentlemen, karma is real.

So did the victims of 9/11 and the Holocaust have it coming to them? Due to "karma"?

James Harrison beat the **** out of his girlfriend then had one of the biggest plays in SB history in 2008. Was that karma?

Karma isn't real.

You clearly don't understand Karma in the spiritual sense, so shut up.

I hate Vick for what he did, but wishing injury on a player is just plain wrong, any way you look at it. This guy is a piece of sh-it scumbag.

How bout a compromise. Lock both in a room and don't open it..........EVER.

In that ***** footing sport know as baseball? What's going to happen, he trips over a bag or something? Maybe throws out his shoulder scratching his back in the dug out?

Edit: And on the topic of karma, I've always felt it's "convenient." When a bad thing happens to a bad person and people notice, it's karma. When good things happen to a good person and people notice, it's karma.
