Scott, Samuel, Hobbs and Wilson are all questionable on the injury report. That leaves Hawkins and Sanders as the only DBs with any playing time not injured. Who the hell is gonna play corner?

Hobbs is listed as questionable wrist i think. Should be healed by now.

I wouldn't take our injury report too seriously. We got away with resting some guys last week and got Sanders some quality minutes. As long as they're not out, they might play.

I don't recall anyone "resting" last week. Reiss said on Friday he thinks Samuel will not play and he's not thinking Wilson will play either (although I think he's been out long enough now that some have forgotten he wasn't playing all that well). But Scott has the flu so he's sick as opposed to injury and likely will be OK by tomorrow afternoon. I assume we go with the same group we went with last week including a healthy dose of Bingo.

scott has a groin injury..faulk is the 1 with flu

Anyone but Hobbs, please. Hobbs is OK as the nickel...but not at starting corner, please.

I thought your opinion was that he especially struggled as a nickel.

When you're injured and you don't play you get a weeks more rest than if you did.

I could have found a better word but, suffice it to say they got away with not playing some regulars who are injured to various degress.

From Reiss's article, it sounds like he had been playing on it.

Hope your right. Sanders has been getting better, wouldn't mind seeing him in there a little. Just worried about this:
"And here's the Patriots starters on defense today, is that Troy Brown and Reche Caldwell at cornerback?"

I tihnk last week was more of a case of brett overthrowing people than sanders playing so well.

Your other choice is Troy Brown if Samuel is still out. Are you sticking with "anyone but Hobb" ?

I would think Scott and Samuel will start at CB with Hawkins and Sanders at Safety. Hobbs and Brown in as subs.
