Tom Brady Workout Training Diet Routine- NFL Football Exercises and Weightlifting Conditioning

Found this interesting article on his workout and diet routine. Guy does a whole lot of cardio training. I wish he could actually use his legs more on the football field but he makes it up with his arm and mentality. Gotta love Brady.

First thread in the forum. Wanted to say whatup guys and I look forward to future posts. GO PATS!

yeah kinda hard when you have a broken foot lol ;)

Tom Brady, the Granola Kid. Protein shakes, creatinine... no mention of meat. Could that be so?

Whatever, great to read about his physical disciplines---it really does sound like he could be effective till 40.

Cool, I was wondering about this a few days ago.

Considering that you dont need meat, for any reason, its a good chance.

I think he's taking too many hits and has had too many injuries (he's losing his second of three off-seasons to rehab this year) for that to work out, but I truly hope I'm wrong about that. In any event, three more years at a high level will be great!

I honestly think he has at least 5 years at a high level.

Oh yeah... Kareem Abdul Jabbar, Ricky Williams, Tony Gonzalez, Desmond Howard, Carl Lewis and I think Joe Namath, but not sure if it was when he was playing or after. And of course a whole slew of endurance athletes. And oh yes Celtic center, Robert Parish.

Of course, TB almost certainly is not, but I get a sense he eats less meat than most other NFL players.

There's a Kordell Stewart joke in here somewhere :rocker:

He works out his guns so he can hold women in rooms they don't want to be...
allegedly

**** Big Ben. Personally, I'd rather be lean and muscular. I'm around 6'3 and that's what I try to get to. Rothlisberger is fat, plain and simple. QBs are supposed to be fit, for God's sake! There are enough overweight people in this country :p

I doubt Roethlisberger even works out

I hope your joking. He obviously works out, he's an athlete in the NFL.

I wish the article actually went over his workout routine. That article told us nothing. He does cardio and agility training. Cool. I want to know his lifting routine and how much weight he lifts.

I wouldn't imagine Brady is that strong but he sure as hell is as conditioned as anyone.
