OT - Any Tickets Released for Bears Game?

Just wondering if any additional tickets were released on Ticketmaster this week for the Pats/Bears game. I know they have done this in the past, but not sure if there is any rhyme or reason for it and that is how I am hoping to get tickets to the Texans game.

I cant afford the ticket exchange thing. I would have to pay 200 up front to just get the tickets?

I will e-mail my contact at the Patriots to see if I can do anything for you guys. If I can, the tickets will probably be $75 or $89 at face value.

I PM's one guy here and gave him the info of who to contact, but I cant have a bunch calling..so I will contact her and see if I can do anything. I dont know if I will get an answer till Monday.


If she can do anything, you will have to go to the stadium and pay for them, and pick them up.


EDIT: OK, I just sent her an email. When I hear, I will let you al l know , and how to make contact. No promises though.

I had called the ticket office about re-releasing tickets, in the past I've noticed its usually Thursday or Friday before a home game, but the person said its whenever they get the unused tickets back from the visiting team. Sometimes they don't get any back, but I've lucked out a few times. This season I got on the waiting list and have used the ticketExchange and haven't missed a home game yet, just sometimes have to click refresh every second. I lucked out this week and scored 4 about 10am on Thanksgiving morning, knew it was going to be a tough week to get some. For all those still trying good luck!!!

I've seen a few scattered singles and 3-4's pop up in the 300s in the past few days. But it's 2 tickets, 100s or 200s here. And I've scored that before.

What's stranger is how there's been NOTHING on Ticketmaster. Usually, they'll release some extras later on in the weeks, but nothing at all. That's where I got 2 tickets, row 12 in the 100s for the Jaguars playoff game last year.

And speaking of that, a SINGLE seat in 134 just popped up. I thought it was finally my moment - until I saw Quantity: 1.

I tried getting 4 in 127 that just came up, but apparently you can only buy as many as you're on the waiting list for (2).

Yeah, I found out that the hardway too, can only buy what you are waitlisted for. That's when I up'ed my waitlist from 2 to 4, also by the time I actually get them I could have kids, so it was a good move anyway. Goodluck to all still looking, hopefully you'll be able to make it!

I have two tickets section 311 and I will not be able to attend the game face value 75.00 each. I have to go out for a few but I will be back by 9:30AM. I live 20 minutes from the stadium.

What a fun night.

From 8 to 12, it was non-stop refreshing and waiting for tickets to come up.

I got hold of a pair in 216, then a pair in 226, but I decided to hold out for better.

I missed a pair in 132 - twice. That was the last I saw of those.

Then, around 11:30, 2 in 118 suddenly came up (after 2 hours of only 2 pair in the 300s). Again, I tried, but missed them twice. And while looking for those, I also JUST missed a pair in 121.

It's completely luck of the draw. If you refresh every second, the pair you want are usually gone in ONE refresh. And if you manage to click on 'Buy Tickets,' almost always a message comes up saying they've already been selected by a customer.

A pair in the 100s seem to be the hardest to catch, but I've been able to reserve (but not buy) 4 in the 100s, 2 in the 200s, and all sorts of stuff in the 300s.

132, row 9. That would have been midfield too. Oh well, my couch isn't that bad.

If you're the ST holder and these are YOUR tix, you can go to the Pats website, kill your live tix and then email 'copies' to the person buying them from you who then prints each paper ticket that gets bar code scanned on entry. I've done it and it works.
