I almost agree with the poster who said he/she hoped the Jets won and then got the snot beat out of them in the SB so they could suffer the curse of the SB loser, the same one we've been getting killed by since '07.

This is kinda like the end of the Red Sox 2003 season, knowing you had to go through the regular season alllll over again just to get back in the position where you were.

Even if we come out 16-0 next season, all year people will be saying big deal, they will blow it in the playoffs.

Fitzy kicks ass though, great to have him around to be able to laugh after a brutal loss.

I was so turned off by football after that game I haven't been able to watch that until now. Not that I was moping around all week. I gave that up along time ago. It is just a game. But, I didn't want to be reminded of it. Today I was ready. "When did Alge Crumpler get feet for hands?" In Alge's defense if he doesn't stop the pick 6 and catches the TD pass the net result would have been the same. At least Fitzy convinced me to watch the AFCC today. But, should the fe fe fe fetish and the jets pull another rabbit out of their collective ass I won't be watching them celebrate.

Good lord I really needed that badly. He summed up this season and that game perfectly. His pep talk at the end really helped me a lot. Now I just have to suffer a slow brutal painful offseason. At least Brady got an MVP out of it.
