Although some people might think Danny Woodhead is too small and weak to be effective in the playoffs, others might think he'll be a contributor on this team next year.

What say you?

He is a winner and will be better next year !!!

He was extended mid-season. I think he's in their plans.

Where did this thread come from?? Who are the people that think he is too "small and weak" to be effective???

Where's the option for 'will return and play a similar role next year?' The poll feels a bit slanted without it.

I don't see him getting significantly better but he is still a very good player not a JAG

Good suggestion.

Since I can't edit the poll, maybe a mod can add that option.

HUUUUHHHH?????????

Unbelievable. The team loses and now everything good about each individual player is doubted.

Woodhead is an awesome player and a complete steal. Why the heck would he suddenly be worse because the team lost a playoff game?

Next question, will McCourty even be a decent corner next year? Probably not. I think he's peaked. Will Wilfork ever play well again? Doubtful. Time for him to go down a notch. Has Welker made his last catch with the team? I think so, since they lost. Wes will catch 15 balls next year if he's healthy.

Woodhead, is much better when he is the forgoten man when the WR's and TE's makeing play but when they try to make him the main guy he can be stoped and thats not a knock on him you can say that about every 3rd down back in the NFL thats why they dont play full time

By the logic of this thread, the whole team is either Jags or in a reduced role next year, with the possible exception of Wilfork and Edelman.

Lol OP are you serious?:bricks:

We don't know what the future holds with Faulk. Woodhead is a good replacement for that role.

Its VERY obvious Woodhead was a breath of fresh air for this team and the fans absolutely love him and there is no way he is not re-signed.

I think we will either draft a RB within the first 3 rounds to replace Taylor and Morris who I think will be gone or a FA

Ben Jarvis and Woodhead will probably drop to #2 and #3 on the depth charts

I am NOT convinced Faulk will be back or even if the team will still keep him,I love Kevin but it might be time to move on.

What say I: another moronic thread by you. Give it up.

(A) Woodhead = Faulk 2.0
(B) Woodhead has been extended through 2012
(C) A new RB would take more snaps from BJGE than from Woodhead

Stupid thread. He's shown a lot of promise and will be almost as good as Barry Sanders.

Danny was great this season, and the Jets clearly game planned against him. Can't believe anyone would want him to go. Besides, he's as much fun to watch as Welker.
