i actually disagree with the PFT thing but thats what you are going to hear.

SVN BOTH YOU AND I HAD A BAD FEELING ABOUT THIS GAME, BUT I THOUGHT WITH OUT BRAD SMITH, WE WOULD WIN... THIS WAS ON bRADY AND BELICHICK .... SORRY... THEY CHOKED...

He's become Manning! Gaudy regular season stats and laying eggs in the playoffs.

Since 2005 Peyton Manning is 6-5 in the postseason, two Super Bowls, one ring. Tom Brady is 5-5, one Super Bowl, no rings

Brady has been off ever since the early SB years...

When was he ever on? He has always been solid, but not spectacular.
Can you name me 5 huge throws he's made in 19 playoff games? He finds the open man and does his job. Snow Bowl, 3 Super Bowls, etc - he made solid plays, but never huge throws into tight coverage. He finds the open man (nothing wrong with this). He was on good teams that played smart football and stuck it out long enough to pull if out in final minutes. (Sounds alot like Mark Sanchez though there is a world of difference between the two).

I think TB is at the point in his career where he has to make those huge throws to get the team going, but I can't seem to recall him ever being THAT kind of QB even in the SB years.

This is about as spot on as it could be said. Brady has always been on good teams. The most successful Patriot teams didn't feature him as the sole source of offensive firepower. No, those teams won with Brady being a top tier game manager. The biggest problem is he doesn't have that veteran team behind him anymore and he can't gunsling all by himself as well as Manning. Its not really Brady's fault, you really have to blame Belichick for putting Brady in a bad spot where he wasn't meant to succeed.

lmfao, the haters are coming out of the woodworks. Not surprised colts fans are one of them.

I love the Pats since they were born in 1960, but I'm not married to any particular coaches or players. Brady looked out of it today. He looked tired, half-hearted, way too introspective, and not animated with his team-mates. He looked tighter than a banjo string, almost ready to snap. Every shot I saw of him he was sitting alone and looking out with a vacant stare. Tom was definitely OFF today. Whether all the smack talk got to him, or Giselle is telling him he doesn't need this kind of life any more, or he is getting to old and comfortable to play anymore ... might be a combination of all. But Brady clearly was not himself today.

But I put this loss on Belichick. He got owned by Rex Ryan. When Ryan publicly challenged BB last Sunday/Monday, Belichick tried to laugh it off. I knew right then we were in trouble. When a junior gets in your grill and challenges you, and you don't take the opportunity to "educate" the junior, you get owned by junior. By letting Ryan talk his smack unopposed, BB let Ryan get into the Pats players' heads. Ryan successfully shielded his own Jets players while simultaneously pushing BB around in front of the Pats players. Pats play was crappy today.

BB played like the underdog today, not the big favorite. He played scared and tentative, like Ryan was in his head, too. VERY weak showing. Guess Bill's gotten all soft and comfortable now, what with the big salary and easy living. Who wants to fight when you're living like that????

im not supporting bradys play, he played like crap. But the comment above me is just ridiculous.

How so?? Belichick got pawned, plain and simple. He got out-coached, he got out-psyched by a big-mouth who called BB's bluff. BB had no answer. Belichick got owned by Ryan, plain and simple.

Time for Brady to retire with his super-model wife. The Pats need a *real* quarterback, like Aaron Rogers or even Big Ben "The Rapist" Rothslithsberger. Tom's been upstaged the past several playoff games. He doesn't have the fire any more, except for games that don't count for much.
