i think the jets knew this all week...they just let it out now

So will Cromartie be the KR?

This means Cromartie will be returning kicks. He's pretty good himself.

he is very fast compared to smith and basically won the game vs the colts with his return...pats better be ready

Definitely makes things a little easier for us. Brad Smith is one of their best weapons. Never want to see injuries...but this is good news.

I had a feeling he wasn't playing when I saw Ryan was talking about him being limited in the game and then the jets activated a receiver/special teams guy named Turner from the PS who has only caught 2 balls this season.

His info:

Turner (WR/6-5/220/Southern California/Nashville, TN) was signed to the practice squad on December 17, 2010, after being waived from the active roster on December 15, 2010. He has played five games with the Jets this season, where he has seen time on offense and special teams. Turner recorded his first two NFL catches this season. He originally joined the Jets on September 5, after being claimed off waivers from the Miami Dolphins. Turner entered the NFL as a third-round draft selection by Miami in the 2009 NFL Draft, where he saw action in two games as a rookie. He finished his collegiate career with 138 receptions for 1,752 yards and 17 touchdowns in four seasons at USC.

It kind of sucks IMO because the jets will be less likely to use the wildcat against us, which always seems to get blown up.

The TERMINATOR is inactive??? Wasn't he like the best FB the league has ever seen????

Gholston inactive in his last game as a Jet. Nice end for one of the biggest draft busts of the decade.

Gholston being out is a huge advantage for the Patriots. He's been all but unstoppable since being drafted, and I'm sure that Matt Light and company are breathing huge sighs of relief with this news.

Or Holmes could take the returns now. Well, at least until the second quarter, when he refuses to go back in because it's not fun anymore...

Watch out for the HB pass by LadyT:rocker:

Hmmmmm...J. McKnight is active....u might see some of him 2day considering who's across the field...Woodhead

They certainly have some great athletes on that inactive list. Not football players but athletes.
