Reggie Jackson BLASTS Cromartie

Jackson also said Jets coach Rex Ryan made a mistake when he questioned Brady's decision to attend the Broadway play "Lombardi" last Saturday instead of watching the Jets' 17-16 wild-card win over the Colts.

"This guy is an automatic Hall of Famer, making fun of him is like making fun of Mariano Rivera," Jackson said. "What are you doing? What are you doing?"

Great stuff here....

But he didn't have any kind words for Cromartie, who he said doesn't have the credentials to talk about the three-time Super Bowl-winning Patriots.

"Go look at the hardware, dude. Walk through the lobby up there and look at the stuff that's there," Jackson said. "You don't have that, you don't have anything close to that. You might want to shut up, you might learn something. Read, you might figure something out. Watch film, you might get educated. If not, you have a chance to get embarrassed on Sunday. I hope you don't, because I like the Jets."

Great stuff, cant wait until Sunday to see the Pats demolish these chumps again. Soon as they do I am creating an account at JI to give them a piece of my mind.

Is Reggie already out of jail for trying to kill the queen?

I just love Naked Gun references.:singing:

It's real cool that Reggie is coming in defense of Tom.
He fully understands what it's like to be a champion.

I tried to do that when the Pats won last time, but they block new accounts right after bad losses. They have no balls.

Anyway, good stuff by Reggie. Too bad Cromartie is illiterate and probably won't be able to read any of it.

It wouldn't surprise me if A-Cro-Hole didn't know who Reggie Jackson was/is.

Oh wow, he completely buried Cromartie.

I can wait lol, what cowards though pretty good at dishing it out but cant take it.

He may know who he is. What is may not know is that he is a 5-time World Series Champion and 2x Series MVP. Like him or hate him, Mr. October is at the top of the list of athletes who knew when to talk smack and when to be quiet (sometimes).

But they actually suck at dishing it out. Few things they ever say are funny or clever.

I can't think of damn thing that was either funny or clever - let alone "a few".

It's been blowhard all along... the feelgood philosophy of the little train... "I think I can".

That's nice for bedtime stories, but if you want excellence, you actually need the brains, and a helluva lot of hard work that doesn't involve the jaw muscles.

Name me a successful blowhard head coach.
There isn't one.

Lombardi never lost focus on the game and engage in this nonsense.
Neither did Noll, or Landrey, or Mooch.

Rex is a D coordinator/cheerleader - and nothing more.

Did anyone watch the video? It was Schlereth and Herm Edwards making predictions...Schlereth picked the Patriots because "No one is playing at a higher level than Tom Brady is right now and he will find and exploit the weakness on the defense." Edwards picked the NYJ because they will "run the ball, control the clock, and the defense will confuce Brady."

Sage stuff there....

That's awesome. Reggie was my favorite BB player growing up. The man knew how to amp up his game when it mattered most. He was also a pretty good football player.

Reggie Jackson - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In football, he was scouted by the Alabama, Georgia, and Oklahoma, all of whom were willing to break the color barrier just for Jackson. He decided to attend Arizona State University on a football scholarship. Jackson switched permanently to baseball following his freshman year, as he didn't want to become a defensive back.

I was LMAO when reading that. Reggie destroyed Cromartie. :D

You better do it now. Ganggreen actually locks their board so you cant even read it unless you have an account ( I created one years ago for this reason)
