so...the better QB of NFL history and football universe...

not his fault his D stinks..

he did his job his D and the colts coach with the stupid timeout cost them the game

I'd have rather played him at 10-9 and the shell of Colts than let the JETS be the ones to beat him...

Now we got a week of the blowhard to deal with.

You guys are too caught up w/ the constant GOAT stuff.

Manning played pretty well today; bad luck on that last drive...

He did his job? What game were you watching? He scored 16 points all game... against a defense that has collapsed in the 2nd half of the season.

This was not Mannings fault.

I was rooting for Colts.

Im just seeing the brightside...

It's true that they just couldn't get Manning back on the field. Manning played well when he was in and as much as I want to see the Jets next week, I wish it was because Manning played a bad game. Now the media will praise Manning and Vinateri for a great season that fell on hard times due to injuries. And the NY media will ball wash the Jets for just one more week. We'll just have to deal

I thought Brady was 14-4 in the playoffs?

How is it not his fault? They scored 16 points all damn game? :bricks:

+1

A lot of his playoff losses they have scored less than 20 points.

Im glad people are so stoked up for the jets, because this is a bad match up... i wanted the jets to go away, and if the colts d would have showed up in the second half then we play balt or kc, but now we have to play the jets again, a match up i did not want...

Peyton played a good game with no picks. He set up what should have been the game winning 50 yard field goal by Vinatieri. Too bad the Colts defense and special teams gave up at the end.

LOL at he did his job

5 for 12 on third down 5 straight three and outs early and only 16 points...

By that definition, Tom Brady leading the greatest O of all time to 14 points in the SB was one of the biggest chokes ever.

i guess you missed the end of the first half, manning went 3&out three straight times to start of the game and his D had to keep Sanchez in check, he only scored 7 points and and the colts D got a pick near the end of the half when the jets were in FG range, if they don't get that pick, then either jets get 3 or 7 points before the end of the first half.

it was a tough game but you really can't blame the colts D, had PM converted on that 3rd down late in the game, the jets don't get the ball back and game over . . .

They let up 17 points, I wouldn't blame that on the Defense. If Brady can't score more then 17 points, I would say it's his fault we lost. The Colts D kept giving Manning the ball back in the first half and they could only score 7 points.

At least he didnt throw a pick 6... Just like the goat

I wouldn't disagree with that, to be honest. Although the OL definitely deserves more blame.
