Beside seahawks would never pass atlanta. And , assuming we make it, don't you think kicking the Saints butt in the SB would leave no doubt as to the undeniable superiority of the Patriots?
If any other team makes it, there will always be that question of "but what if".

..and I think we can top the ratings from last year.Plus my standing on the Colts forum is not exactly favorable, so we have to play you so they will like me again.

My understanding is the NFL has classified this game as rated "R" for the first time. You have to be 18 and older to watch

No, I am not picking them but I am lousy at picks anyway. I have just seen the Seahawks beat superior teams due to weather and that drunken crowd noise. I wouldn't put any money on it either way.

They really didn't make a mockery out of anything. They went 7 and 9, leading their division. System puts them in the playoffs. Should they have declined?

If everything goes as hoped and the Pats make it to the Super Bowl, I used to want them to play the Falcons. The two best records in the league etc. Now I want them to play the Eagles. I want them to humiliate the Eagles. I want them to sack Vick and pick him off multiple times. And then I want to sit back and laugh at all the idiots that think Vick is the best QB in the NFL.

I want to beat teams I despise the most, so it would be

beat the Jets, then the Ravens, then the Bears.

or...

beat the Ravens, Colts, then Bears.

I'd be happy with beating anybody, of course. The Eagles and Saints would be good alternatives to the Bears. I don't dislike the Saints, but it would make me forget about the MNF drubbing they gave us late in 2009.

i would love to see the pats vs the Saints. Of course my girlfriend is a die hard saints fan, so it might cause some issues. But we do need some revenge on that stomping they served us last year.

and not to mention all of the critics saying the differential in the team records was 7 win/loss which would outpace the 6 game differential from SB42, would just give them more ammo . . . no thank you, if we have the good fortune to get to the SB, and we meet Seattle then we HAVE to win at all costs . . .
