Ahhh there were many, truly a special season thus far. Here are my 5:

1. Brady TD spike in Pittsburgh. Maybe I'm biased because Steelers are my most hated team, but I loved how he stuffed it right in the face of the crowd after the little scuffle when he scored. Topped off a dominating win over what most considered the top team in the league at the time.

2. Branch TD and bow vs. Ravens. Welcome back to NE Deion, we missed you. Picked up right where he left with a big game, clutch TD, and clutch receptions on the final scoring drives. Just like the good ole days.

3. Brady goes wild on the sidelines in Miami. If that didn't pump you up you must not have a pulse. Even better after all the Giselle/has Brady lost his fire/etc threads lmao

4. BB "play for 60 minutes" huddle at the start of the 4th quarter in Jets massacre. One of the most hyped up regular season games in recent memory and the Patriots made a statement. 45-3, how sweet it is!

5. One clap. Maybe not a popular pick here, and yeah we have been better since the famous trade, but I salute you Randy Moss for your contributions to the team. Also this was a game where us fans came in not really knowing what we had this year. Not going to say it was a team full of holes, but definitely a team full of question marks coming off a somewhat disappointing 2009 and the preseason injuries/Mankins hold out. And they just came out and killed the Bengals. You kind of sensed maybe we had something special when watching that locker room clip, same kind of feeling i got with #3.

Feel free to post more than 5, I know I could have gone on for hours here :D Here's to many more in the postseason!

Winning field goal against the Ravens.
I remember, first game after the Mass trade, everyone hating on us, facing the back then best team in the league, and winning, it felt great.

1) Brady going beserk on the sidelines of the Steelers game after a three and out. Honestly, he hasn't been this pumped up since the 2001 playoffs.

2) The Law firm gets a thousand.

3) Woodhead goes for 50 yards on a shovel pass against the Jets, rubbing it in their face.

4) Branch's Detriot Lions 60-something yard touchdown. For some reason, reminds of the huge bomb in the 04 AFC Championship at Pittsburgh.

5) Manning's choke in the closing minutes of the Colt's game. I forgot who intercepted it but man, that's what sent Peyton into his 11 INT streak.

1) Dan Conolly Kick off return, longest return for an offensive guard lol.

2) Devin McCourty huge tackle on a Green Bay guy, the one where he got fined.

3) The return of Wes Welker so early after injuring knee

4) Tom Brady going wild at the sidelines at the Steelers game

5) Proving all the doubters wrong, by what a special season this has been for the Patriots

Woodhead rumbles for a 35-yd TD, hops back on the field, guns down the returner for a special teams tackle inside the 20.

Gronkowski removes his suit in the phone booth before the game, flies to the stadium, and scored three TDs against Pittsburgh.

5. The return of Deion Branch - I remember a lot of negativity for trading Moss but to watch Branch return like he never left against the Ravens. His big catches in OT were really satisfying.

4. The entire Jets game. I also agree with including Belichick's speech to the team and the looks of triumph on all the players.

3. Sanders grabbing the interception against Indy. It was in everyone's mind, the Pats were going to fall to the Colts yet again in a most painful fashion. I myself was ready to see Manning throw a TD on the final drive to win instead of to tie. I felt sick until Sanders made the game saving pick. I was not so much thrilled after the game as I was massively relieved.

2. Dolphins first game. This was the game that really sparked the belief that this team could improve quick and be in contention for the Super Bowl. The special teams was dominant, the Pats kicked ass all around. It was I believe the final game of Randy Moss in a Pats uniform.

1. STEELERS! Oh lord remember the chaos in Pats land after the loss to the Browns? I'm pretty sure the Pats were labeled as worse than their record shows. Also people were gearing up for a 1-3 or even 0-4 slide in their next 4 games. The Pats were sharp from the get go. The defense looked vastly improved, the offense was sharp both passing and running. Brady was incredible and his screaming at everybody on a failed third down (up 10-0) in the red zone was really exciting. The best moment of the season was Brady getting a 4 yard QB sneak for a TD, spiking the ball and yelling up at the Pittsburgh fan base. No better feeling to realize the Pats were legit after all! :rocker:

Honorable mention: Dan Connoly kick return, Randy Moss one handed grab over Revis.

For me maybe not the best but the most defining moment was when trailing in Miami they kick off 2nd half only for Tate to take it to the house from then we didn't seem to take our foot off the gas (exception @ cleveland), best moment Has to be dan connelys punt return if only just for the sheer comedy value!

So many to choose from.

1. The Connolly return. You will never see that again.

2. Brady's spike against Pittsburgh. Yes, we officially own you guys.

3. The Jets dismantling, along with McCourty and Sanders doing their jet impressions.

4. James Sanders picking off Manning, starting the worst stretch of football in Manning's career.

5. Chung's huge game in Miami with the INT TD and blocked punt and blocked FG. Tate got it going, but Chung finished it.

Here are my five:

1. When the Pats wiped the field with Miami after a week of speculation by many people that they would lose because Brady can't win in Miami.

2. When the Pats wiped the field with the Steelers after a week of speculation by many people that the Steelers are better than the Pats and our D couldn't stop them.

3. When the Pats wiped the field with the Jets after a week of big mouths and many people predicting that the Jets are the new kings of the AFC East.

4. When the Pats wiped the field with the Bears (the 2nd seed in the NFC) after a week of speculation that the horrible weather predicted was "Chicago weather" and the Pats were going to have trouble running their offense because of said weather and the Bears vaunted D.

5. When James Sanders intercepted Peyton Manning at the end of the Pats/Colts game, which I only partially saw, because I had my eyes covered, convinced we were going down.

:)

1. Pat Chung's blocked punt/field goal in Miami. It broke the game wide open and showed we have a future star at Safety. If you remember going into that game a lot of people still were picking against the Pats.

2. Destroying the Jets. Favorite moment? Every single minute of it.

3. Randy Moss one-handed TD catch over Revis after he was talking all that crap.

I don't know, but I think this was my favorite regular season ever.

So much less annoying and stressful than 2007.

Because the Patriots have SO much trouble playing in the snow.

Agree with all of them. Been a really fun year and the best part is you get the feeling this is just the beginning of another multi-year "run" by this franchise. ;)

1. The Connolly KO return
2. Sanders pick of Manning
3. Spikes' interception of The Sanchize
4. Chung's ridiculous game vs Miami
5. Ninkovich picks Henne twice

Lots and lots of other moments, but these were the ones that got me out of my seat when they happened.

Wow its been a fun season , more than i expected and hopefully more to come... But for top 5

5- Sanders Int of the Colts

4 - Beating the Chargers in SD

3 - Beating the Bears in the snow

2 - coming off the loss to the Browns, and showing what kind of team we were against the Steelers- I hope they can do this in 3 weeks again

1 Trashing the Jets....

I don't know, but I think this was my favorite regular season ever.

So much less annoying and stressful than 2007.

It comes close, but nothing beats 2001 for me.

5. Dan Conolly's kick return. Big man can run.

4. The "Play for 60 minutes" huddle vs. Jets. A great moment of team unity, and an affirmation of BB's greatness.

3. The Miami game. That was the moment where I thought, "Hey. This team's better than we all think.

2. The return of Deion Branch at BAL. His OT catches to set up the winning field goal were reminiscent of old times.

1. Peyton, meet James Sanders. Right after that game, I said to my friends, "We have something special here, or else that's a touchdown."

So many great moments...Thanks, Patriots. Now just three more wins!

The one play that I'm most thankful for was Sanders' picking off Manning. And what a beautiful backward leap catch it was too. Special mention to Cunnigham's thunderous pass rush on the same play.

Most of the best moments have already been mentioned by others, but here are a few more that stood out for me:

- Tate's KR for TD against the Bengals. What an exciting play in a great start to the season.

- Woodhead's first career rushing TD vs the Bills. The timing couldn't have been better with Faulk going on IR just days earlier (which was a huge concern at the time). I loved how this little, unheard of kid just sliced through the Bill's D. Little (no pun intended :D) did we know how big this guy was gonna be for us.

- Defense forcing a huge fourth and out during the last minutes of the Ravens game. Then, they did it three times again in overtime. I remember thinking I was so proud of the improvement our defense had made, I would have been OK even if we had lost. Which brings us to ...

- Zoltan's huge 65 yard punt in the same game. Without that punt, Ravens would have been within a couple of first downs to FG range. Not a stretch to say that that punt was literally the play of the game.

- Chargers' 54 yard FG attempt in the final seconds to tie the game hits the upright and is no good. That was a massive relief.

- Law Firm gashing the Vikings D for 112 yards, 6.6 ypc, and 2 TD's, and finally sealing his place as our no.1 RB. Meawhile, our young defense holds the mighty AP to a respectable 92 yards and the Vikes to 18 points. Honorable mention, Randy gets a standing ovation, is held to 1 reception, embraces BB and TB and gushes about his former team at the press conference (possibly influencing Mankins to eventually come back). Then gets himself fired in a trade that turns out to be a highway robbery, which a couple weeks ago was looking like one in the 'other' direction.

- TFB's now famous sideline rant vs the Steelers. A fiery display of leadership, and what an effect it has had. That moment marks the turning point in this season after which, the Pats went on a ruthless rampage, and haven't looked back since.

What an utterly breathtaking, exciting, magical season!

1. Everything in the 45-3 win over the Jets
2. Sander's interception of Manning
3. Dan Connolly's kick return
4. Danny Woodhead's great touchdown followed by STs tackle.
5. Randy Moss' amazing catch vs Jets

Hmmm going through the comments I definitely snubbed Connolly and Sanders

Agree with this being my favorite regular season. A SB win would make it my favorite team period over 2001
