I predicted to my son as soon as the Ravens won against the Bengals that the Ravens hype would begin. They just squeaked by the Bungles and we're already hearing about how scary and "complete" they are. Gresh and Tanguay have started the hype on their postgame show.

The Ravens offense managed to score a whopping 13 points on the mighty Bungles. And their defense is not the defense it used to be, even with Ed Reed back. Had Palmer thrown that last pass accurately, the Ravens lose. The Ravens will be a tough out, for sure, but the Pats should hardly be scared about playing them. Last year's loss is ancient history They are the most hyped team in the league right now.

The Colts with Manning are scarier in my mind. Though if the Colts come here and it's snowing, Manning will likely struggle.

Yup. This is the last time I am typing this today because it is getting to be a broken record, but I think the Chiefs just guaranteed what the divisional match up will be. There is at least the chance that the Jets do something worthwhile but I'm not counting on it.

Whoever it ends up being - send them in. The Pats will be ready.

Bring on Joe Flacco and the Raven against TFB, Belechick and this crew
Bring it

Still remember getting into my seats, turning around to talk to a buddy for 20 seconds and as I face forward, Ray Rice is running to the Wrentham Outlets.

Time to take care of business....

Local media may hype the Ravens.

The national boys are all asking, "Who can beat the Pats?"

No good answers yet.

KC will beat Baltimore next week.

Gresh is all over this ... I can not stand the guy personally ..

Gresch makes Rex Ryan look cuddly.

Gresch is from that area ... Pa / Baltimore ... he always pulls for Steelers / Ravens.

Glad the Ravens are getting hyped honestly. Pats prefer to fly under the radar and feel disrespected. :)

Between the trash spewing out of Suggs' mouth and the beat down the Ravens put on the Pats last year in the playoffs, I don't see any way they come in here and beat this team.

This made me laugh. :D

You can't fly under the radar as the #1 seed....

The only people that fear the Ravens are people that haven't seen them play this year, cos they've under achieved all year. They are just going OMG THEY HAVE RAY RICE BOLDIN WHOSYOURMAMA HOW CAN U STOP THIS!??! Cam Cameron is an awful OC and Flacco is meh

Isn't that the same defense that blew a 20 point lead on mnf?

The truth on Baltimore is they have put together a lot of wins over the last 11 weeks (8). They have also struggled, or somewhat struggled, to beat Houston, Cinci, Tampa Bay.....and beat a spiraling Cleveland team quite unconvincingly. Baltimore is a good team, no doubt about that. Their physical play can take over a game. But they are also only 1-3 against playoff teams over the last 11 weeks. I just don't see where they should be singled out as this huge worry for New England.

IMHO, if the Patriot OL keeps the Balt pass rush in check, the Patriots are in good shape.

KC will beat Baltimore next week.

It would be nice to see the Chiefs justify their playoff presence with a win but I sincerely doubt it. Not counting on the Jets either. Both teams were a lot of hot air if they lose next week.

305 passing yards.Thats what the bungles did today against the ravens. If you give Brady some time he will pick apart their corners.

Payback is a beeatch.
KC will lose. Count on it.
It's going to be fun to whoop this team.

Baltimore beats KC. BB walks into Monday morning team meeting. 100 inch plasma shows lowlight clips of last year's playoff debacle and Ravens wise-a** smiles. BB looks at the team and says "Who wants to change that smile to a crying, wimpy, hopeless moan? :D

I cannot think of one of the aging defenses that is playing better than the vibrant and young Patriots defense right now. They all appear to be a shadow of their former selves.

I'm rooting for the Chiefs. Stuff the Ravens.
