Crazy stat of the year. Wes Welker has dropped 14 passes on the season.. That's more than his 1st 3 seasons as a Pat... COMBINED.

We need to remember that he's coming back from a severe injury that most people thought he wouldn't even be playing much this season.

He is just too inconsistent for my liking.

Yep, have to find something to complain about after a blowout. :bricks:

Meriweather and Arrington should get cut, too...those bums are worthless!

Or as some folks were saying, AT ALL.

As someone said, though, it normally takes two seasons to fully recover from an ACL tear (see Brady, Tom). Welker's not even one year removed, so I think we'll see him return to his usual Welktastic self next year.

Crazy to see Welker drop so many passes. Hopefully just a bad game.

If I remember correctly, Welker also had a drop filled game last year late in the season vs. Buffalo, also. Odd...

Great W...About time they finally locked up the AFC :rocker:

Just got back. Been away for a few days. Who is COHEN on the Patriots that I saw playing today?

Not bad for a team that threw in the towel for the season back in week 4 ;)

I wonder if Teenuh still wants to punch Belichick in the nose?

Just got in from the game. Chilly one out there today. Mayo was a beast today. He was just laying the lumber all day. Great win and Bills fans were especially dejected today. Probably because there must have been close to 25% Patriots fans out there today. Lots of fans came in for this one.

His hands have nothing to do with his knee..

1.) The run blocking has been tremendous. I haven't seen it looking this good since at least 2007.

2.) The Bills had the "quicksand" experience today, for those of you who understand my meaning. I thought their coaches were just as responsible for it as were the Patriots. That staff panicked once it fell behind.

3.) Arrington busts his ass, is solid against the run, and brings a good aggression to the CB position. Unfortunately, he is a problem in coverage. On the brighter side, Butler looks as if he's coming on. We could see a switch back here before the full season is over.

4.) TFB: MVP

5.) BJGE has made a couple of nice "hard" cuts in the past two weeks. Great work by him.

6.) Wes seemed to be hearing footsteps.

There's a lot more, but it's mostly one liners, so I'll just leave it with a

"Great all around game. I look forward to seeing more of Hoyer next week".

I wouldn't be surprised to see Butler overtake Arrington. He replaced him for a bit earlier against the Colts, and Arrington seemed to struggle today in coverage. Though Arrington has also rebounded well from poor performances. Agree with everything else as well.

And don't forget to update your sig to 10-5 :singing:

Can't wait until you have to update it to 10-6 next week :singing:

And a few unbelievable notes on what an amazing stretch of football we've been playing.

Turnover ratio is now +27. Franchise record is +17 in 2003.

NFL record 7 straight games without a turnover. Old record was 5 games.

And this one seems a bit crazy.

NFL record 7 straight games with at least 30 points. Old record was 3 games. We've more than doubled the old record.

And all this during a stretch where we played 4 division leaders, another team that might qualify for the play-offs (Packers), the Lions on the road on a short week for Thanksgiving, and a division opponent at their place.

Minor point: the old record was three games for 30 points and no turnovers, not 30 points a game. [The LOLphins scored 30+ in four straight games just last year.]
