I just love the NY Post. It appeals to the best human instincts and never fails to demonstrate kindness, generosity and thoughtfulness.
There are two ways to write every sports story: you can write that "the winner won" or that "the loser lost".
In this particular game you can write about the Eagles epic comeback or the Giants epic collapse.
NYC has two football team. One lost, one won. The headline was about the Giants not the Jets. That says everything you need to know about how the Post approaches sports stories. Jets bouncing back and beating the Steelers on the road should have been the headline in NYC papers.
Let me be perfectly clear, I hate espn as much as the next guy, but that was the best Come on Man segment ever....

NYG will play next game with a chip on their shoulder, and they are playing against.....Green Bay Packers!
That should be an interesting game
I much prefer the Post to that fishwrap titled "New York Times".
Once, I had given thought to subscribing to the NYT in order to get material to line the birdcage. Then I realized how redundant that would be, and dropped the matter from consideration. :singing:
lot of respect for eli after that. guy couldve just flipped and gone home
Being the cameras were there and no reporters this would be my presser...
"It was a tough loss, don't really know what else there is to say, but I will open it up to questions"
"Nobody has any questions? Oh, okay. Have a good night all"

No, there was no boycott. Some screw up on the time of when it was supposed to start I guess. Or maybe Eli took advantage of nobody being there so he could get out of there quickly after that loss. Though it is rather strange that nobody from public relations was there to tell him to wait.OMG. That makes me feel a little bad for Eli which makes me feel a bit nauseous.
Did they seriously boycott or was there some miscommunication about time or place?
