Uh oh.........could that mean bad news on Mike Wright or Myron Pryor?

A Fresno State Product, interesting.. guess he and Logan have banged heads a few times..

Must mean that Pryor, Brace or Wright could be seriously nicked up and go on IR.

He has experience in RACs D so hopefully he'll pick up things quickly.

Don't like the sound of this one!

Interesting, but not really deserving of it's own thread...

AdamSchefter To help replace injured first-round pick Brandon Graham, the Eagles will sign former Patriots LB Derrick Burgess today.

minor adjustments in order to be as stout versus the run as possible by playoff time. at this point, I think the pats may give some players a week off by inactivating them even though they could play.

Burgess? Really??? I thought he had been shipped off to the taxidermy shop.

Where is Adalius Thomas?? Find it hard to believe that no one picked him up..

Pos:

Thick, strong two-gap lineman who clogs the middle of the field. Quick off the snap, stout at the point and rarely gives ground. Plays with a nasty disposition and works to get involved. Above-average athlete who makes plays down the line of scrimmage.

Neg:

Does not use his hands well, preferring to put his head down and bull-rush opponents off the ball. Looked poorly conditioned last year. Possesses just a short burst of speed and is only an average pass rusher.

Interesting from Rapoport:

"Ya know, Caserio seemed a little lukewarm on DL Eric Moore today, too. That was surprising. Maybe he goes..."

That is exactly what I was thinking, although I thought G. Warren was also banged up a good bit.

Don;t we already have DE Washington from Alabama on the PS?

The guy walks in and in 20 snaps nets 4 tackles, a sack and a FF and is cut? Would assume that they would give the kid another game.

Yeah, me too. I think Rapoport is out on a limb on this one.

Maybe I am just trying to be optimistic but it might just be the cumulation of three injuries at one spot and not neccessarily the severity of the injuries.

Wouldn't shock me, personally - we gave Crable a similar "audition" in the Pittsburgh, and the results looked similarly decent on paper. But on the film, they must've had problems with his technique, effort, etc.

I just signed this guy in Madden to the Pats not two days ago, to be Vince's backup. I have Brace at DE. I can read Belichick's mind.

The DL is banged up. Even 7 roster spots (instead of the more normal six) seems to insufficient.

However, it seems that Leonard is competition for Love rather than Eric Moore. We certainly do need a backup for Wilfork.

Even though he has been signed, there hasn't been a roster move.. yet... Reiss says Caserio hinted that there might be some roster movements soon.
