knock on wood... who would you want to face?

I think I'd like to see us up against the Falcons. I like how they're playing and respect the team. I'd also kind of like to face the eagles and beat vick so we can shut up those folks that are riding his jock right now and saying he's better than Brady.

For those that are going to knock me for looking too far ahead, I'd just like to say that I'm a fan and not a player, so I'm allowed to look ahead. I'm also hoping my repeated use of the word "if" and my knocking on wood, doesn't give me bad karma.

I'd like to tell you to shut up but I had them figured for no better than 8-8 or 9-7..at this point...hell yeah...why can't they go all the way?...beat Miami and GB at home, hell that's home field advantage...2 games from the bowl...I'd LOVE to match up with the Eagles and Dog Killer just so Brady can cram a giant crow down all the hater ESPN personalities throats.

i always pick the pats and eagels every year for the SB but i think playing the Saints would have more of a story

You know our vote, we want Brees and Brady on the same field, and good fans to share it with. An even fight and a good ball game.

The Cardinals, but I think that's unlikely.

Given the options, I picked the Seahawks. I'd take either them or the Rams.

Giants. I want to go Lorena Bobbitt on their arses for the personal hell of SB42.

Giants... with Dungy's Seahawks coming in a distant second.

It makes no difference who they play, as long as they get there.

Every vote on this board should be for the Giants.

The Giants, Falcons, and Saints would all be great match-ups.

I'd rather play the Rams/Seahawks though.

Anyone but the Saints. I know this team is much improved from 2009, but Drew Brees scarred me for life with his performance against us last season.

It'll be interesting to see what the Saints do the next three weeks. They'll be actually playing teams with a pulse.

I love the votes for the Seahawks... I mean, it's tempting, right? But any team we're playing will be hot. If it's the Seahawks they'll have a "getting hot at the right time/Road Warriors" story going on just as the Gintz did in 07.

Of course, the 2010 Pats beating the 2010 Gintz would be nice, particularly in a blow-out. Hey, jinxes or no, that's what I'd love to see in my heart of hearts. But it would not be enough LOL... we would have to draw the Gintz another four times or something before I forgot 07.

The Jets again, but I'll settle for the other NY dooshes - the Giants.

Rams or Seahawks. I want to see the first 7-9 team to ever make it to the superbowl.

Although Vikings would be nice. (Real long shot at this point, but I think it is still mathematically possible). Have Randy Moss in the booth breaking down the comparisons between both teams.

Without a doubt-the Giants. Still have heartburn from that last superbowl.

REDEMPTION!

(and NO RED SWEATSHIRTS ALLOWED).

Giants.

There is unfinished business there, and it gives another opportunity for adding to the gallery of "Manning face" photos.
