That's considered trash talk nowadays? Jesus, has the NFL gotten boring...

Your overblown trash talk of the week, provided by Brian Urlacher | ProFootballTalk

New England is the best team in the NFL, record-wise. But I feel like we’re the best team, period,” Urlacher said. “That’s why I say record-wise. They have the best quarterback, numbers-wise. And everybody likes to go by numbers, right?”

right........just don't get caught 1-on-1 in the open field with Tom, Brian

He's talking about how the Bears never get any credit for beating any team - even like the eagles.. Also that people are soo stuck on stats now of days instead of just getting the job done. If you actually read the entire article you'll see he says GREAT things about brady and your entire team such as:

"Right now, he's playing better than anybody,'' Urlacher said. "There's no doubt about that. Comparing with Peyton Manning, they're just different. Well, maybe they're not different because both run their offenses. Whatever they want to do, they do it. But Brady's doing it better right now.

"He doesn't make any mistakes with the football. You're not going to trick him. You just better stick to your roles.''

"They lost Randy Moss, but they still have the guy who has the most catches in the NFL the last three or four years in Welker. They have tight ends who are pretty good. Danny Woodhead, he's not a household name but he's a fast running back. They've got BenJarvus Green-Ellis. It's not like they have nobody on offense. And, of course, having Tom Brady doesn't hurt."

What do you expect one of the leaders of the bears to say.. "Yeah Brady's sooo good I dont know if we can take him" Of course not.

Cheers to a hard-hitting, injury-free game!

LOL its cause these two team's (atleast I think) respect each other to a degree and that the media needs a story for some type of hype.

While Urlacher was talking Brady juked him again.

You chicks consider this trash talk? Come on. What did you want Urlacher to say? Should we just roll over and submit to the almighty Patriots? The Browns didn't. Your whole fanbase needs to be taken down a peg or two. A few days of sifting through the trash on this message board forced me to sign up. You guys act like you are the 80's 49ers or something. Where exactly is Belicheck taping the practices from? Is he doing it from Halas Hall, or will he just wait until we do our official walk-through on Saturday?

Well, he could shut his mouth, but apparently he can't help himself.

It would probably save your guys some wear and tear, especially that Urlacher guy.

The Browns didn't.

True, but Hillis > Forte.

Eh, winning Super Bowls has that effect. Your parents could probably tell you about the last one the Bears won; you'll even like who they beat.

Already done. Here's what he learned. The defense is overrated, Urlacher is old, and they've feasted on some pretty bad teams. The offense is mediocre, Cutler prefers to throw red-zone INTs, and Martz is still a dolt.

Of all the Bears fans rushing here this week, you're about par for the course. Not bad, not bad. I'd say you're a C+ troll.

easy, bears fans......don't get all jiggy on us......I was just posting what was on PFT......

It's funny because that move that brady put on urlacher a few years ago

How many Superbowls have you won since Spygate? How's the guru doing since then? When the Patriots lose this Sunday, what will be your excuse, ace? Here's a pre-packaged list I'm sure I'll see from this amateurish fanbase:

-Let down game
-Out of conference game, doesn't matter
-Playing field wasn't fair
-Pats focused on the division

Win a Superbowl without cheating, and I'll give you some respect. Until then, Nickolai, you're just another overweight stroke talking tough on the internet as he balances a bowl of popcorn on his burgeoning waistline while collecting unemployment while residing in his mommy's basement. I'll be back here on Sunday to hear your excuses, nutlick. I'll talk to you then.

It disappoints met hat Urlacher would say anything to the press. For him to say anything must mean he has a chip on his shoulder and I don't think it is personally pointed at the Patriots as the media that doesn't give the Bears more respect for their record. I was surprised at what their record was a couple weeks ago.

When you hear about the top five teams, usually the Pats, Chargers (pre lose to the Raiders), Jets, Falcons and Steelers were on that list. The Bears? Nope.

Do I blame the media for turning a blind eye to the Bears? Nope.

Why?

Because...

1. Cutler is inconsistent... 4 INTs aren't unexpected when Culter comes off the field on any given Sunday.

2. Mike Martz is among the most notable Offensive Coordinators, but his failures as a HC still haunt him.

3. Urlacher is expected to miss games due to injury than lead the league in tackles.. age is slowly catching up with him (as it does us all).

4. Who are their WRs? Knox? Hester? Few are going to back those guys with their hard earned cash in any beat.

I can't wait for Sunday. I'll be freezing my tail off in the South endzone, then catching a quick flight to Boston to warm up with a night with Nikolai's mother. I'll blindfold myself, and get falling down drunk, but its the cheapest night around. You guys are in for a surprise on Sunday. This isn't the kind of surprise you get when you look down while taking a leak (the "aw, shucks" variety). This surprise will be more along the lines of the Bears turning the Pats out. I don't care how many Superbowls you Sony Camcorder-ed your way to, this is a different time. Look for the Bears to work you over and send you back to that wretched hole you call Boston.

Why are you, a Jets fan, posing as a Bears fan? 45-3, buddy.

45-3.

I'm not a Jets fan. I couldn't support that fat, loudmouthed pig Ryan. He's a joke. The Jets have lucked their way into at least five wins. That's as many children as Cromartie can't name. Their GM is a fat, greasy pig, too. I hope I don't see them on Hard Knocks ever again.

I think I just became a fan of your's. Troll on, my brother. Troll on. Mods don't ban this guy. He knows how to troll a forum even if he's using some regurgitated material.

Haha. I just came over to bust balls a bit. I can't wait for this game on Sunday. I'm stoked. It's going to be cold as hell. They're saying blizzard-like conditions on Sunday. It's snowing like crazy here in the city right now. Tell Nickolai to hit the treadmill before he sprouts a set of floppy, milk-producing *****tits like that fat pig Ryan. Did that guy really mention the 2010Jets defense in the same sentence as the 85 Bears Defense?

Good. The Bears aren't the only team that knows how to play in blizzard-like conditions. :D As for Ryan, yeah he went there. But I think he was talking about how the Bears got blown out by the LOLphins and came back to win the division. His old man coached that defense, and I think he'd know better than to insult his dad.
