Did anyone see that Bart Scott piece? On him "embracing" the role as a villain. lol looked like it was straight out of one of the Saw movies.

Bart Scott acted like a team destroyer last night. Rex Ryan brought this on himself.

Read this:
He was frustrated and helpless as Tom Brady sliced up New York like fresh cantaloupe. Scott went angrily to the sideline and approached defensive assistant Bob Sutton. They started to argue.

At first, the argument was moderate. Then, it got heated. Then, it got really heated. The two men started screaming at one another, the frustrations of being embarrassed in one of the biggest NFL regular-season games ever boiling over.

Sutton next took off his headset and slammed it onto the head of Scott. As if to say: If you think you can make the defensive calls any better ... well, shut up, go ahead.

Scott jumped in Sutton's face and one of the Jets players put himself between the two men. Rex Ryan came over and further calmed down the scene.

The Jets could barely put a pinkie on the Patriots -- so they fought each other instead.

What, dead?

I saw that piece. It was a short on ESPN's pre-game show. I wouldn't normally watch it, but I had to do something to try and feed my football jones before the game.

Anyway, it was all about how Scott was this evil, unbeatable team-killing player who wanted to take on anyone and everyone and would have no mercy on any opponent.

Apparently Karma was watching the clip too, and put in her own opinion during the game.

Teddy Roosevelt said it best: "Speak softly, but carry a big stick".

^^^^^ love it ^^^^^^^^^^^

He looked like a complete idiot during that. He looked even worse after.

not sure when this happened...I was on the road for the first half so I was listening to Gil and Gino, and not watching on TV, and this may be too much to ask, but is there a link to a clip of this...maybe on youtube?

Everything Scott talked about in that skit was reversed on monday night. Who's feeling more pain now Bart?

He's like one of those villains from the 60s Batman TV show. Or from the Powerpuff Girls.

What, dead?

lmao! He's the guy being chained down to the bed, with a video of Jigsaw on a little TV: "Bart Scott, you died as a football player in 2006. Now is your chance to gain your life back."

The more time spent self promoting the less time spent preparing.

I think Belichick said in the huddle. Here is the most talented team surrounding me.

It has been a pleasure watching coach and quarterback execute one of the greatest masterpieces of football lore before my very eyes.

I remember as a child weeping over the ineptitude of the Pats saying to myself I will never give up on this team.

I'm glad I didn't.

I consider myself to have a very selective sense of humor, but this honestly made me spit out my Coke. Batman villain!!! Classic!

Who is Bart Scott? I did not see or hear anyone mention that name last night. Is he an actual player on the Jets? Or merely a marketing gimmick created out of a desperation to make NY appear ominous to the opposition? :D

Did anyone see Donald Trumps hair flipping up and down? I must say, I did chuckle.

He didn't look very scary last night, did he? LOL.
