radio.com player

He is going to rip the J-E-T-S and big mouth Rex Ryan big time and i will be listening to every word !!!!! GO PATS !!!!

Ripping Rex for comparing the Jest to the 85 Bears this morning. Heh

I'm in NY so I get it in HD on YES. He looked like he was going to burst a blood vessel. "85 BEARS? 85 BEARS?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?#@#@#$@&$?"

I know the 85 Bears. They kicked our ass 2x that year. You sir, are not the 85 Bears!!

1985 Chicago Bears, 15-1

13 December 2, 1985 at Miami L 38-24

...maybe if you tack on a few more losses including a 45-3 slaughterhouse

:eat2:

Francessa is a NY guy and a Yankee fan but he is objective and that is why i like to listen to him..

He's the best in the business. Jets fans can't stand him...

Get it Fatcesa instead of Francessa? What a witty bunch of socialites over there!

You got that right. I don't mind ANY objective reporting, whether we win or lose. As long as it's fair, then have at it.

Gang Green, however, have some serious reality issues, though we apparently have a similar sort around this board too.

Come on, I am sure we have a small % of the threads/posters out of synch with reality but it's not as widespread and serious as it is out there.

Mike giving kudos to Brady and Bill as possibly the greatest coach QB combo ever..:D

Sounds like both Francessa as well as Jet fans are still focused on the Pats ranking for defensive yardage allowed.

If Monday's game doesn't prove you need to look deeper than yardage stats, and look further than 'this team has better WRs, that team has better RBs' type of superficial analysis, then no game will.

A lot of bashing or Ryan for going for the long field goal, but does anybody really believe that if the Jets had not attempted that field goal the result would be different?

Francessa's praising Brady for his "when you win say little, when you lose say less" comment.

Wonder if the fans and media in New York are going to turn on Ryan now?

Notice the phrase " similar sort"..... we have similar sorts here too, though as I inferred, thankfully not near as many. :D

This is great. Mike is killing the Jets.

All the Jets fans are calling in and are

When does this usually get archived? I missed this rant but it's always a highlight of my week when it happens.

Those New York accents, which are so grating when they're boasting, are hilarious when they're whining.

Pretty funny. He was going off on his producer for not getting actual Jets callers in at the beginning of the show. Only Giants fans called in early and were happy the Jets lost.

I'm sorry, I'm still trying to figure this out here...

Granted, I'm not sure exactly what kind of "logic" exists in the wacky world of Rexland but I've tried every possible connection, every possible permutation or anything that can REMOTELY connect the '10 Jests with the '85 Bears and am coming up with a blank...

Help me out here, folks.

Is it that stellar vaunted defense that the Jests showed last night? :bricks:

Is it that they are an undefeated team about to face Miami? :bricks: :bricks:

...

I have it! It must be thoughts of William "The Refrigerator" Perry reminding him that he needs to get a GD snack!
