> a chant 'Jets Suck' broke out

At one point on TV, I thought I heard a fair amount of people chanting "J-E-T-S SUCK SUCK SUCK"

The energy was high tonight at the game.. Showed up 45 minutes b4 kick off and you could tell something was different.. A lot of Jets fans walking the concession area were being taunted in good manner..

Speaking of that, how many Jets fans were there, roughly? 5% of crowd? 10% of crowd? Just curious.

I have a huge exit exam in 10 min that i must pass...still cant study becasue i am too pumped...is this a bad thing? :p:rocker:

I would say 2 percent. A lot of jet boyfriends with their pat girlfriends

Everything I saw was not over the line and some were getting high five'd

OUTSTANDING!!!!!

It looked like the crowd was standing on just about every play.

I did. Didn't sit down once. Am hoarse. Got four hours sleep. Totally worth it.

Guys.

Just watching the game here.
wow amazing.

Take a bow.

heh.....me too Tunes...made a thread last night when I got back accusing PatJew of stealing my voice at the game...feels good to be a mute this morning...

wish I could have been there, you guys were ROCKING the house - a big THANK YOU to all you folks at the game!

Did I hear an "overrated" chant?

you were great ! thanks !

Simply amazing job by the crowd! I wonder if BB called all the season ticket holders and left a message asking them to be loud. Wait, he wouldn't do that, why would anybody even think about doing that...:bricks::rocker:

Did I hear an "overrated" chant?

Yes you did!

There were a few Jets fans. They didn't have a single thing to cheer about. Everyone pretty much ignored them. As a professional wiseass, I didn't say a single football related thing to the Jets fan sitting next to me. No need.

It seemed loud on TV all night. I had my surround sound blasting, felt like I was right in the middle of it all :)

You could really hear it in the surround. It was actually the first time it was difficult hearing the TV announcers (not a bad thing). And I saw dirty sanchez pointing to his ears coming off the field so no doubt it played a big factor in the game.

The only time i sat was when the jets were driving at the beginning of the 3rd..then we got up for the rest of the game when spikes picked it :singing:

Were the Wine and Cheese crowds locked in the restrooms all game?

It looked more like Arrowhead than Gillette tonight

Funny thing is before the game I got a Jets fan pretty good. He goes walking by with a glass of wine so I yelled to him are you bringing that to LT.

i have no voice right now..but its worth it :rocker::rocker:

Ditto LOL! I always do warm tea with honey and it usually works, but not this time:eek: <~junk today and I wouldn't have it any other way:rocker:

VERY proud of noise!!! Class A effort showing the rest of the NFL we are GREAT football fans! Best 12th man effort in Gillette history. Also proves the stadium can be very loud if we all get together and go crazy and get hoarse cheering for our team.

They were absolutely awesome. There were some complaints about the hockey fog horn but I love it. Especially when they blow it just as the Jests are huddling up.
