It shoudn't be too bad unless there are a lot of "newbies". They tend to bottle things up because they don't know the area or what your supposed to do. I always leave about an hour or so after the game and I get right out within 20 minutes. Depending on where you park can be a problem too. Across the street in the dirt can be a long wait. Fill your gas tank up and have some extra grub.

I'm a newbie!!

I've been to pats games before, but honestly I have no idea what to do. I have parked in the dirt and hated it.

What is your best advice?

Approaching from either direction.

I am not planning on tailgating in this weather. I'll hang out in the car watching TV and listening to Sirius NFL radio instead.

Define "easy". If you get to the lot early and you're relatively near the exit you can get to Rte 1 in 30-45 minutes (thats how long it took me last week). If you park in a spot deeper in, it can easily be an hour. When I went to the Jets game this year (terrible weather game), they put everyone who arrived the normal time in P10 across the street. It took 2+ hours to get out of the parking lot (it took twice as long than it took to get home once I hit the road) that day.

Any weather game you have to expect delays. The best places to park are on the stadium side. Try to park up near the bridge overpass so you can exit onto rte1 south. If you have to go to Boston or North, you can take a right at the seasonal store and get onto rte 140. Follow that thru Foxboro centre and down to rte 95. From there you can go any where. Its a little longer, but at least your moving normally. I only live about 8 miles away so it really is no big deal to me. The folks I have sent that way love it. Hope this helps guys.

Is this a Club Seat parking pass? If so, it will be easy to get in and out. There is a restricted access road (Fidelity Way) off of North Street (if you are coming from the North, take a left at the lights before the stadium).

It should say on the parking pass if you have access to Fidelity Way.

Show up early.... go to the nearest lot off Rt 1 N (you can even go into retail parking first, kill some time at the shops before the lots open) and from there, the stadium parking lot is just across. That lot fills up early and is a great spot (we had a blast there for the Jax game). When you exit, take Rt 1 South and stay in the left most lane ... straight to 495

After the Jags game, hung around for a little bit in the parking lot and left around midnight... reached Westborough in 45 mins...

I went last week with a Parking Pass in the West Lot. The West and East Lots have very easy access to Route 1 North and the 'North Street Exit' which is right behind the practice facility.

We left the game when the final whistle blew, went to the car, got into line and we were at our hotel 2 miles away about 20-25 minutes later. We went route 1 north. The East lot exit merges with the West and they were flowing out of there.

In previous years I have parked in some lots on the stadium side (now gone due to the stores), the stadium lots across the street and in Rodman's. Rodman's is by far the best (aside from having a parking pass). You need to get there approx 3 hours before game time to have a chance at it. It is a VERY easy out and you can go Route 1 north or south. The worst part is the walk out of the stadium, across route 1 and down the road a little bit. That walk is worth the wait you DON'T have when you park elsewhere. Not saying it is a breeze, but it was always far more consistent than other lots.

ok thanks i am in the east lot...ive been there before

How can one get a fidelity club pass if they aren't seeing the game from that area? Can you even park in that lot if you have the pass, but if your tickets don't say that you have that club access for the game.

Muffy simply has our limo driver tell her peeps at Fidelity her portfolio number and they escort her directly to her parking spot. A nice tip for the boy and the engine is started and the car warm when she exits. Do try it.
