I think the Pats will win and i am not too nervous about the game as the Colts just have way too many injuries. I just hope they didn't put all their effort into the Pitt game and saved some to kick the colts asses. Are you nervous? Why or why not

The overwhelming general belief that the Patriots have this in the bag makes me very nervous indeed.

I would be concerned about the letdown angle in other situations, but not this weekend; the memory of the Cleveland game is still very fresh in the minds of all the Pats.

I guess I would say I'm cautiously optimistic. I see enough good things from this team that I am optimistic they will win, but at the same time I have seen enough problems that I am concerned they could be exploited. I expect the Pats to win but at the same time I don't think they are good enough yet to assume they will do so - especially against a team as good as the Colts.

The start of the game might make me nervous. The team needs to run the ball down their throats!

It's always nerve-wracking to play a good opponent.

Don't fall for the hype. The 15 Colts on IR or injured are not more numerous than the 15 Patriots on IR or injured.

I am both nervous and excited every gameday.

I am nervous before every game. I absolutely hate the first few minutes of the game before everyone settles down. With the Colts, I worry about the end of the game as well. Manning is a great QB and when he gets hot, and can dominate a team, any team!

I am feeling good about this game and am really excited.

If Peyton Manning doesn't make you nervous, you are foolish. Likewise, if you're a fan of a team facing Tom Brady and the Pats.

I am always nervous, but once the game starts I am full of confidence. However this is the Colts, and 4th and 2 is still fresh in my mind. Plus that record of Favre can be matched in this game so plenty to be nervous about. This won't be easy like some think. GO PATS.

Like always, I am expecting a tight game that will go to the wire. The injuries talk is just noise.

injuries is what makes me nervous of a letdown especially with the young team.
these rooks havent seen manning in person and this could be their ultimate test of the season.
. imagine the injuries our team had in the 2004 championship game. no law, seymour. hank poteat and troy brown at CB's. We beat the crap out of them that day.

i would be shocked if they they run the ball a lot. they never have run the ball on the colts even when they have had worst run defenses. For some reason BB wants to score pts fast and resorts to the passing game.

"For some reason" ha :bricks:

I'm nervous before every game. More nervous when we're favored. Even more nervous when Manning is out there. No lead is big enough against that guy.

I think we have the better team, so here's hoping that's how it plays out on the field!

Man, the Steelers game has really given people confidence. Remember that this D has made ordinary QBs look amazing, and Manning is no ordinary QB. So of course there should be some nervousness.

What I mostly feel before these kinds of games is just really lucky that we get to look forward to such great entertainment so often.

I want get nervous until the game begins...

Until then I will enjoy my weekend.:D

This, pretty much. This is going to be a tough game, as usual. I'm also expecting Collie and Addai to play which makes the Colts a tougher opponent. This is going to be a close game.

It sucks that they Pats lost because they are going to end up dropping the next 2 in a row to make in 3 losses in a row..first time in light years it seems....then they beat lions and jets...just no way they can beat pitts D if brady struggled vs browns LOL
Whats going to suck tho is when the Jets blow out Cleveland and we lose to Pitt and fall a game behind
Steelers are a much better team and Brady is banged up. I would like for them to win..just not going to happen
brady has looked so eh this year
Looks like colts and pats will both be 6-3 going into next week...
this is going to make tonights loss that much worse...

Oh man, it's THIS guy again...

I'm always a little nervous before every game and this one will be no different. However, I like our chances this week - Colts are banged up worse than us; we are at home where we almost always play great; Colts haven't looked that great all year, where we've been somewhat inconsistent, but in general looking like we're coming together, rather than falling apart; it's going to be COLD and they'll miss their warm dome; our crowd will be fired up.

Feel free to add on.
