Brady on Manning : He loves the game. He loves studying it. He loves talking about it.

Manning on Brady: He has just been outstanding. He’s gotten better every year. I know from talking to our defensive players what kind of challenge it is to get ready to play against his ability to make big time throws, his ability to look off defenders, to read the defenses.

So, Brady realizes that Manning is only good at studying and talking about football, while Manning recognizes that Brady is very good at playing football :lol2:

Bradys wife is hotter. That should end the who's better topic

It's a big point in Brady's favour. But Manning is the superior actor. From commercials to crying at officials for calls, Peyton wins that point.

One of my fav Brady quotes was when he was talking about the first time him and Manning met.

Today Brady got some laughs when he addressed reporters and told the story of the first time he met Manning, which happened to be the day Brady first started in place of the injured Drew Bledsoe. Brady wasn’t a particularly well known player at the time, while Manning was already a two-time Pro Bowler, so Brady thought it was sort of unnecessary for Manning to tell him his name.

“My first start came against the Colts,” Brady said. “And Peyton came over on our field and said, ‘Hey, Peyton Manning.’ And I said, ‘no ****.””

I dunno...Brady does his fair share of belly aching. But in regards to commercials...Cut that meat, and D-Caf...(clap clap) D-Caf are probably my faves.

Nice piece. I have this completely unrealistic fantasy that they both retire and enter the HOF in the same year and that they choose each other as their "Presenter." I think that would be epic, but his Dad will no doubt present Peyton and Bob Kraft will probably present Tom.

lets not forget about Bradys SNL skits. :D

I'll sum it up this way

Brady- Smokin hot wife,Three Super bowl rings, better hair, big in big games, worries more about X and O over T.V. time

Manning- Hot wife,One super bowl ring, regluar boys haircut, slighty tall in big games, watches film and reads scripts at the same time.

The winner is Brady! both guys are great QBs and will be in the hall of fame. but come have you seen Brady's wife.

You should add that Tom Brady looks like Matt Damon. Peyton Manning looks like Gomer Pyle.

Are we really breakin' down SNL skits? Ok. Manning's United Way skit on SNL tops 'em all.

YouTube - 2/5/10 Spend time with your kids so Peyton Manning doesn't (joke)

Yup. Manning won me over with that skit... anyone who would poke fun at himself like that has earned my respect.

I do think Brady and Manning have mutual respect for each other... and there's no doubt that Manning is a fantastic QB even though he's not accomplished anything near what Brady has.

That's not even the full version. In the full version the kid he sends to the Port-a-Let opens the door to peek out and Manning yells, "Why is the door open!' That was always my favorite part.

The full version, though the quality could be better.

Great article, and Brady is fairly effuse in his praise. Not quoted is Brady saying that there are things Manning can do that he can't do, and he finds it useful to study Manning's play.

There is a lot of respect there. Manning is an amazing QB, we all have to admit.

Here's to a great game, and come on boys, make some noise at the Razor!!!!

Thanks for the props. Much appreciated.

Brady is a terrible actor. He looks like he needs to go to the bathroom. He just looks uncomfortable. Manning is much better. That United skit is classic.
