I can't believe this guy is still whining about the Pats. You would think he should be happy the Steelers lost.

Did Suggs call Patriots' three Super Bowl titles fake?

Making an appearance on the Rave TV show "1 Winning Drive," Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs was asked about Tom Brady and the Patriots' 39-26 win over the Steelers on Sunday night. In a bizarre answer, Suggs compared the Patriots to the 2000 movie "Bring It On," in which a cheerleading squad from Rancho Carne High School in San Diego steals routines from a hip-hop squad from East Compton, according to IMBD.

"It was bittersweet. It was bittersweet," Suggs said of watching the Patriots beat the Steelers. "I was thinking last night like, you know, if the Patriots were a movie, they would be “Bring It On.” The Rancho [Carne High School], the cheerleaders, they’d be like ‘Yeah, they’re a good team, but their championships are fake.’”

Did Terrell Suggs just call the Patriots' three Super Bowl titles fake?

Edit: link to the video above did not work; here's the right link. It comes at the very end, at about 6:10 in case you were interested.

Who cares?

Notice how the Pats crsuhed the Squeelers Post Spygate? That should put this topic to rest.

So this just begs the question: what movie is the Ravens? It would have to be a perpetually overhyped movie full of entitled, whiny thugs who lose their spine under pressure. All bark, no bite, etc. etc.

For as tough as they want to act on the field, the Ravens are little b!tches off the field.

Suggs championships are fake...wait a min :D

The guys a bitter whiny assclown.

The real question...what's he doing watching teenage cheerleader movies???

At least he figured out the plot.

Who can blame them? They have to live in Baltimore.

I was going to go with The Crying Game.

Wow, the second Crying Game reference in two days*. What the hell is happening in here?

*Yes, I realize I made the first one. :bricks:

He not only watched the movie 'Bring it on' but he then used it in a metaphor...
Wow.
Elton John read this story and said "Wow that guy is gay."

Terrell Suggs = Clubber Lang being carried out of the ring at the end of Rocky III after getting his ass handed to him while screeching "lemme at him, lemme at him".

He's a cartoon character whose home will probably end under a highway underpass in the next decade or so.

Ha. Well it does seem appropriate. Not only just the name but the fact that they think they are playing around with girls only to be surprised by the fact that appearances can be deceiving.

Shouldn't Suggs actually win a championship before he comments about other players' championships.

What the **** kind of 'man' watches that movie in the first place

I think he has, i'm pretty sure he was on the ravens when they won the SB

He was drafted in 2003. He views the NFL through the lens of hopelessness as better franchises in New England, Pittsburgh, and Indianapolis have dominated while the Ravens always fall short. He, along with the other Ravens, clearly have a martyrdom complex. And I've never seen those types succeed at anything for very long at anything...except, well, martyrdom.
