Good, I like when they all take the hate train. Being the underdog is a good thing imo.

Yep Yep! i love being the underdog, for some odd reason seems like we always win those games...:p

Every media outlet has us ranked as the worst 6-2 team, these picks are obvious, even the board is terrified of a team we are like 5-2 against this century.

Don Banks at SI.com has Pats third overall, ahead of several 6-2 teams.

It's going to be defining stretch for Bill Belichick's team, and we're going to reach Week 12 either believing they're Super Bowl material, or kick ourselves for letting that 6-1 start disguise their potentially fatal issues and flaws.

Pats HAVE done well against the Steelers, but, oddly -- mostly in AFC championship games.

By the way, Peter King picks the Pats in a close one.

The truth of the matter is that most of the experts will pick the Steelers. I think the Steelers are far better in reputation than production over the last month or so and are really banged up, but the perception is they are the class of the NFL. Even when people had the Pats as best, it was based on record and not real feeling. Personally, I don't think the two teams are that far apart from each other.

I'm a Pat's fan, but I'm a realist as well. The Steelers are a better team than the Pats, period. Their defense is 1000 times better than ours, their running game blows ours out of the water, even their receivers are better than ours. Only things they have better than Pittsburgh, is our QB and head Coach. Will that be enough to pull off the upset IN Pittsburgh ? Hopefully. We shall see. I still see this as a rebuilding year, and I'm not going to let any loss upset me too much. Like I said after the Cleveland game, they weren't as good as our 6-1 record showed us to be, but they aren't as bad as they showed in the Cleveland game. They are somewhere in between

I agree, i think this game favors the steelers by a pinch becuz its there but i think we will win in the end. Huge game for many reasons imo. Steelers, Saints, Pats, Giants are the top four teams(fact) then u have the ravens, jets, pack, colts, titans, etc...

Should anyone be surprised?Really? We are coming off a terrible loss in which we played embarrassing football.Lets hope our team proves the critics wrong again and play much better then they did.Go Pats!!!!!

Completely agree, excuse the intrusion, but have these guys looked at the fact that the Falcons are 1-2 vs good teams and beat us on a fluke missed FG on the 10 yl, if they don't beat the Ravens today thats 1-3 vs good teams. Or have they seen that the Patriots are 3-1 vs good teams. Its pretty short sighted.

rant complete... enter sleep mode

We threw the Browns game just so we could get the underdog status back for the next couple games!! :)

Oh God, Peter King is picking us to win. Not a good sign at all...

Looking around, I am actually surprised how many people are picking the Pats. I figured it would be near unanimous Steelers.

Very well said......after the pats crapped their pants last game...do u expect the critics to throw rose petals? Let me see Pitt arguably best team in nfl....pats in rebuild mode and inconsistent...doesn't take a brain surgeon to pick the squeals at home here....

I was thinking the same.

OT, the Pats have put up a stinker about once a season under BB - anyone know what his record is after getting trounced?

I don't think you have to be a hater to pick the Steelers this game. I mean, we didn't exactly look like a powerhouse in Cleveland.
