The ' Patriot ' Way Forever

Lots of great things have been said about this team and how they do it the Patriot way, as a Team. Well I never stop watching the Rams Super Bowl because for me that's the best of them all. And who can forget that moment before the game when the announcer loudly said : The AFC Champions will be introduced as The New England Patriots ! No individuals, just a Team. Do you all remember that moment ? Since than, other teams have began to copy but that will always be The Patriot Way forever. Just wanted to take you all back memory lane ! Guess going to have to go and watch that moment again now , still brings a smile to my face. Peace. Abdul

The amazing thing is that was about a decade ago. I'm friends with a Rams' fan who keeps telling me that all great teams eventually fall off the cliff but we're competing as we're contending and will be "competing for a championship", legitimately, for the 15 years that Brady will have been the QB when his current contract expires. What happens after that, who knows, but the length of legitimate competing is fairly amazing.

I remember,too,that WBZ-TV in Boston showed the highlights that night with the Patriots coming out of the tunnel set to the music of U2's "Beautiful Day".......a truly electric moment....I still get chills.

That run through the tunnel was when I became a Pats fan. I followed the team because Brady was my fav college player. Not a huge fan of BB as a head coach after his Cleveland days. But when they were introduced as a team (and why hadn't anyone thought of that before?) and burst through that tunnel, I knew I was going to follow those two for as long as they were around.

No way in hell did I think we were winning that game though

I am so sorry this post took a differant direction about my name , instead of the greatest feeling being a Patriots fan on that special day in New Orleans. I dont know dear BradyMossWelker if you were a fan on that day, or if you supported this Team since 1985 like i did whilst i was studying in London UK,,,but my friend had you replied to what i wrote first than asked me to stop writing my name at the end of each post, i would have taken it better and probably would have taken to your advice. No hard feelings because i never like to argue with my fellow fans. We may differ in opinion but will always have a special bond, no matter where we come from in this World, we are fans of The New England Patriots, which makes us special. My love for Boston is immense. Shmessy, my dear friend thankyou but i its ok,,,he didnt mean any harm. That entry to the SUPER BOWL,,against the unbeatable Rams will stay forever in my life as the greatest moment supporting this team,,,and winning it made it even more special. Thanks to all. I too love and miss New England. Fortunately for me, there's sunday ticket, patriots app and stitcher radio on the iphone so I can follow the team 24/7. I do miss the sunday mornings when I can just turn on the tv to patriots programming.

The correct word is "fewer" people, since this thread has a hilarious nit-picking theme to it. Also, medication is more commonly used in its singular, as in "take your medication", not "medications".

So, as a rule, if you can count something, use "fewer", as in "fewer people". If it's an amount with no specific increments, use "less", as in "less population".

FEWER points, LESS scoring. Don't use "Vikings scored 'less' points than Tha Pats". Same goes for number of people. Fewer goes with a number. Less with an unspecified general amount. Like "I drank fewer ounces of water, therefore consuming less water."
