When does opposing team return their tickets?

Trying to get tickets for this weekends game on ticket exchange. I am on the wait list and seeing if i can get 2. Its says 2 are available but does not meet criteria..WTF does that mean!? When will Minny return their tickets? Thursday night?

I've been running into the same problem since the Ravens game. It started after I chose a listing for six tickets (the only listing at the time), when I can only get 4 max. Ever since then, the 'does not meet criteria' keeps popping up.

I think the tickets are returned Thursday afternoon.

The Pats have an in-house ticketexchange not associated with Ticketmaster. You have to be a season ticket holder or join the season ticket waiting list to have access to it.

Then why is ticketmasters name all over it? That's why I was getting do not meet criteria under tickets on exchange they said

Perhaps it's semantics, or perhaps those people are confused. If I'm not mistaken the tickets are technically sold to and purchased from Ticketmaster. Maybe theses people were comparing the term 'selling of tickets' to selling your tickets on ebay or craigslist, who knows.

I think Ticketmaster has two sections or two sites; one for "new" tickets that they are selling that they obtained directly from the team, and then the Ticket Exchange for those resales. Maybe the folks you were talking to were looking at available inventory, terms and conditions for one site and not the other, I don't know.


The only place the Pats allow season ticket holders to sell their tickets is through the Ticket Exchange. Ticketmaster runs that program for the Pats.

The other thing as far as the 'do not meet criteria' that you mentioned may be in reference to being on the season ticket waiting list. You can only use Ticket Exchange to purchase tickets if you are on the Pats season ticket waiting list.

I guess TM provides the online infrastructure, but it's managed in-house by the Patriots. It seems most of the other teams offer re-sale tix directly through TM.

Call Pats office and explain. Tell them it was a mistake, that you didn't hit 6 tickets on purpose.

(If you try to buy more than 4 tickets, they will revoke you ticket buying priveleges. That is so you don't give someone your wait list number to use.)

I didnt try for 6..that was someone else...it just hates me

Something has gone wrong with the site itself. I've been able to bring up the tickets that initially show as ''don't meet criteria' by randomly editing my selection (sort by section, # of tickets, qty, etc, but it's hit or miss.

Still can get tix to the Fins game, (161 available), and I did get 4 for the Packers. There are 4 there for the taking at the moment.

After a long conversation with TM, it seems that this means that somebody else is currently trying to purchase those tickets. This sounds plausible since you do have a few minutes after selecting the tickets in which those tickets are "on hold" for you in order to purchase them.

I am curious how the 6 tickets in Section 308 will get sold if you can only get 4 at a time.

Sorry to dig up an old thread, but i am having the same problem, on the List, seeing 2 tix for various sections to this weekend playoff game, and i keep getting "does not meet your criteria". I find it unlikely someone else is buying them, because they popped up while i was constantly refreshing (possible, but its happened 10x while im sitting here JUST repeatedly hitting refresh). Tried talking to ticketmonopoly, and thats useless.
