Are the Patriots the worse 5-1 team in football?

What personal attacks? How about this, I think you are a sh!t stirrer who purposely worded the question in a negative way. So do I think YOU are a stupid person, nope. But (PLEASE PAY ATTENTION) I think THIS thread is stupid.

Your responses to me does bring your reading comprehension into question.

Don't hold back, let the anger flow through your keyboard.

Personal attacks is not an answer to a question.
Actually, it wasn't a personal attack. He said the threads you start are stupid. Personal would be, You are stupid. Which no one has said.

Read the thread title and think about it. It is either a stupid comment or a dismally failed attempt at humor. I think perhaps the latter, like an obnoxious six-year old showing off in front of adults, thinking he is clever but actually just obnoxious.

In real life, you'd probably be sent to your room. On the internet, I will follow someone's advice and just put you on ignore. It's an imperfect world.

Colts ahead of Giants even without Dallas Clark, Joseph Addai, Austin Collie, and Anthony Gonzalez???

Yes, for two reasons. The colts demolished the Giants, 38-14 when they played earlier this season. Also, Peyton Manning with no name receivers is still better than Eli Manning with the most talented receivers. Rivers showed this weekend that even with a bunch of garbage receivers due to having his top 3 receivers out or injured, a great quarterback can still move the ball down the field. Eli Manning will never be a great quarterback like Brady, Peyton Manning, Brees, Rivers, etc.; the best he can hope for is that second tier level with guys like Tony Romo and Matt Schaub.

Now you have start? Why even bother to respond then?

Yes, now I "have start". Because I wanted to correct your mistaken OP. That, and I just couldn't help myself.

With a healthy Clark, Addai, and Collie. And before the Giants started clicking on all cylinders.

Peyton and Rivers are great quarterbacks. But they are only one aspect of a team. The Chargers' record is proof that Rivers can't do it all by himself. The Giants defense is much stronger than the Colts, whereas the Giants offense right now could be competitive side-by-side against the Colts offense in their current battered state. Dallas Clark is the big x-factor here.

dude! we have some of the sh!ttiest fans on here. sick of all the neg. threads about this team. we are doing fine. we are young and building, yet we still contend. stop with all the ******ed sh!t on here.

Learn to help yourself......

Yeah. I'll get right on that when you learn to stop posting moronic threads. You could have posted this: "Are the Patriots the least complete 5-1 team in football?", and went on to compare our roster with the rosters of the two other 5-1 teams in football. But I guess that would have been too complicated and not juicy enough...

No anger involved dude. Just making sure I was as clear as I possibly could be. ;)

I wouldn't get too excited about moving the ball against a prevent defense whose main job is to let you chew up the clock.

That's how you pad your stats with great passing numbers while going 2-5 on your way to 4-12.

The on-side kick you did was great. Without that Rivers is nothing.

Would have been easier to ask simply: "Are we a better team than the Steelers and/or Jets?" The way the topic was phrased had a negative connotation to it. Sounds as if the Pats are so bad they don't deserve their 5-1 record, and you can expect some backlash from that.

You could also ask "Are we the best team in football?" and you would get some honest answers without the backlash.

Moronic and stupid are the wrong adjectives to describe this thread. If you want a better OP then go create one.

I like how he did his damndest to stay away from McCourty's area of the field after that pick.

We were moving the ball in the first half as well but because of the turnovers we weren't able to score points. Rivers tears up great defenses on a regular basis; for instance he tends to get great stats against the Ravens whenever we play them. Rivers is a great QB, but he's only one man; he can't make up for all the mistakes that the rest of the team makes. If the other Patriots players were making these same types of errors Brady wouldn't be able to overcome them and win games either; it takes a team effort to win games. Brady said it himself during his post game press conference; the Chargers are making the types of mistakes that you're supposed to learn to avoid making in high school, not the pro level. Case in point, Jacob Hester standing by when he dropped the backward pass; should of known that was a fumble, also that receiver getting up without the ball even though he wasn't touched.
