It was not pretty but they won. I do not care about the stats , the only thing that matters is wins. Yes Brady was horrible , with help from the ol, but they won. The Chargers are now 2-5, that makes it great.

They didn't deserve it, but we'll take it. The offense had 2 decent drives on the entire day, and that was it. The defense played very well with a bunch of turnovers, so they acquitted themselves well. The specials teams wasn't great with several bad snaps.

Coaching was terrible. 2 poor challenges, and obvious onside kick missed. and some poor play calling in the 4th.

Our defense really carried us today, which is a growing trend. Good thing they are growing up fast.

Im with you. I look at it like this. Every game that goes by, the more experience the rookies and 2nd year players are getting. Im hoping by the end of the year, the pats will be a hitting on all cylinders..

lol, I'll take it too, it is a win afterall. But that was arguably a worse performance than the Jets game.

It was definitely a horrible game but any road win is a good win especially on the other side of the country.

Nothing arguable about it. They played a very poor game today . . . far worse than the game against the Jets, IMHO. But alas, a win is a win.

You've got to laugh at the irony. The talk all week long was about how horrible the Chargers were on ST, but they were the better team on ST this day. I don't know what Ingram was going through today, but his snapping was absolutely terrible.

We have the whiniest most spoiled fan base in the NFL.

I don't know if I can stand another game like that...sheesh..2 weeks in a row...edge of me seat!

They didn't deserve it?? Or they were LUCKY???

WTF.. Did you guys watch the same game?? SD turned the ball over 4 times and had a false start penalty with the same on the line..

Pats played 60 minute football.. Pats didn't play the best they could but didn't make the mental mistakes like SD did.. STOP WITH THE BULLS*IT complaining..

Champions find ways to win these games..

There are no style points in the NFL.. a win is a win, on the road against a pretty good team is even better...

Not sure what game many folks were watching today.. I was very pleased with the outcome...

Why because we call it as we see it? Sure, we won but if you think we played a good game (defense did), you can finish the sentence...

If not for the onside kick this would have gone down as a blowout.
Complian about the onside kick, the drive after, or the 4th and 1, but its ridiculous to say this was a bad game. It was a rough stretch that the defense overcame in the end.

i concur 100%

Last week was an exciting, well-played battle. This week was butt-ugly. Whateva.

5-1! 5-1 with 6 rookie starters. 5-1 with UDFAs all over the field. 5-1 with Ty Warren, Leigh Bodden and Kevin Faulk on IR.

How the heck can you not be happy?

Welcome to 2001, 2003, and 2004.;)

heh, yeah, but I am 9 years older, and 50 lbs heavier.... who needs the stairmaster to get the ticker to heartbeat up :)

God I hate a large percentage of my fellow Patriots fans. Just a lot of negative, whiny, spoiled, unappreciative *****es.

They won on the road in San Diego! No matter the circumstances that is always a great accomplishment. They are 5 - 1 and NOBODY IN THE NFL HAS A BETTER RECORD THAN THE PATRIOTS.

Enjoy it or stop watching sports.
